Having to leave!

A perfect location for peace and tranquility. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities (we booked the Charleston suite) Although we weren’t self catering it was nice to have the kitchen facilities. The bed was very comfortable and bed linen very good quality. The room was spacious cosy and well equipped. The host Nicolas was very welcoming and helpful with his knowledge of the area. We booked in for two nights but extended our stay with three extra nights. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to returning :-)

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like about our stay or the property.

We loved everything about the property….. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We had a most friendly welcome and felt at home straight away. The decor is fabulous and the rooms are super comfy. We will most certainly be back next year and for a longer stay.

Breakfast included "eggs to order"... a rarity in France ! Covered and secured parking available for motorcycles and bicycles. Nicolas was a charming and helpful host. The "Pigeonier", an old pigeon coup is completely restored with modern amenities, upstairs bedroom, with bathroom and lounge on the ground floor. Ideal for a couple !

Nicholas the host is exceptionally welcoming and an active communicator. The property is very attractive and immaculately presented. The food is delicious, served either in an attractive dining room or on the sunlit terrace. We were delighted with our stay.

Amazing location in the countryside. So peaceful. Remarkable heritage farm setting, quite extraordinary buildings. Lovely room with all conveniences; excellent bed. The several roles host Nicolas took on, with grace and genuine hospitality.

Location is very secluded and is very much in rural France. The property is decorated beautifully, and our room was a generous size. We had both an evening meal and breakfast and the food was of great quality. I loved the Normandie tartiflette.

Absolutely nothing!

This place is a true gem. From the moment you turn to its pristine driveway and see the white sand gorgeous property ahead of you, you know this is going to be pretty special. Nicholas is a perfectionist who loves what he does and it shows in every detail of the property. Crisp white cotton towels and beddings, skin friendly toiletries, gorgeously and tastefully renovated spacious rooms and the list goes on! We would be back for sure and I would not look for any place if I am in south Normandy. I am not easily satisfied but this place was truly impressive!

You could make it clearer that the suite allows you to close the door on your children at night (parents really want to know this and it was an unknown for us until we got there). The food on offer was delicious and fine for a summer day but in the winter it would be good to have something hot. If I was being picky, I'd suggest sun loungers or a sofa in the garden, as the tasteful cafe style chairs are not too comfortable for a whole evening.

All the rural charm of a humble farm with all the stylish comforts you would expect of a modern hotel. Only a few guests, peaceful, glorious views, tasteful decor, comfortable beds, excellent gin cocktails! Our children were made welcome and the family suite was perfect as they had their own room and we could keep our own food cold in the fridge.

Venue mentions dinner is available and due to location we decided to book in however the menu was more of lunch style , Charcuterie board we would prefer a cooked meal.

Staff were wonderful and very welcoming. Room was comfortable and bathroom was lovely and spacious. Wine was lovely and reasonably priced.

It's not very close to Santiago, but it's on the bus route between the airport and the town, and that's very convenient.
