Think the mattresses need covers as after a restless night sleep my husband found he was sleeping on the mattress without a sheet. Not very hygienic Also think the kitchen area needs thinking about. To make a cup of tea we had to go behind the fridge and lift the lead up to tip the kettle of hot water into a cup

Not a suite as advertised. Two rooms with a shared bathroom. Kitchenette was a fridge and microwave in a cupboard. No communal seating area for suite. We were upgraded but still not quite what we were expecting.

The area and surrounding of the hotel was amazing. It was really quiet and comfortable for a family. The wines are great and the personnal was very friendly.

The rooms and breakfast were very nice and the location perfect. The property was surrounded by its vineyards and the wine tasting was most interesting. We learned all about the making of organic wines and new methods. We loaded the car with quite a few bottles of vino. Narbonne was only about a 20 minute drive and a must do visit like so many other well known cities and areas in the region. Narbonne Plage is only another 20 minutes drive with two very nice restaurants.

Room: no cleaning in the period of our accomodation ( 4 nights). The sink has had a probleme, we asked for fixing, but nobody dit this.

Nothing, really... We stayed two nights and everything was fine. I am not a fussy customer :)

The location is just perfect. in the middle of the Massif de la Clap, you are in a natural reserve, minutes away from either Narbonne (for your restaurant and shopping) or Narbonne Plage and Gruissans (beaches). The owner and his staff are friendly, the breakfast good and swimming pool is just great. While they do B&B, this is mostly a vinyard, so you are surrounded with wine making equipment and can visit the cellars. Loved it.

Fantastic surroundings. Narbonne and the sea at arms’ length. Nice mountain trips from Peyrac and Gruisson. The host is very helpful with tips where to go. Nice wine cellar with some interesting wines. Very friendly host dog that greets you every morning for breakfast.

There was poor drinks material in the room and we could not get extra coffee sachets. Breakfast is only served from 8 am and we needed to leave by 7.30. They did kindly provide a limited breakfast from 7.15 which we had to eat very quickly. It was much further into Gruissan than we expected and was difficult to find driving back in the dark.

Staff very helpful, pool and surround was pleasant. The bed was comfy.

Not sure what the owners are trying to achieve. The room was OK, but not worth the money, the pool area was great, but the surrounding areas were very scruffy, there are numerous seating areas dotted around the site, but none are welcoming. The worst we felt was the hard sell to purchase wine, I know they are a working vineyard, but there are much better ways to go about offering their wines. The offer of we are having a wine tasting with a bit of tapas whilst watching the football that evening was much appreciated. This consisted of one free glass of wine, with subsequent glasses at 5 euros each, with also the poor tapas also being charged for. How about for the future informing the guests that these are to be paid for!!
