Good location, right near two metro stations and had markets on the street. Good food area but a little bit rough and further away from monuments, but easy to get to with metro. Room was nice, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. An optional breakfast was provided and a 24 hour front desk was helpful.

A bit small (stairs, breakfast room, hallways, rooms) and a little noisy, but that's to be expected when you stay in a neighborhood like this in the middle of Paris. Part of the experience.

Great value for money, close to a metro station and surrounded by restaurants and small commerces, pretty great location. The manager was very nice and accomodating and offered us breakfast on the house.

It doesn’t have an elevator and stairs are so narrowed. Beds may be upgraded.

Hotel location, quiet at night, staff kindness. Bedroom was comfortable and so clean for 3 people. It included soap and pink toilet paper (childhood flashback).

I loved that the rooms have enough space for everything that you need, the manager and the staff of the hotel was amazing and helped us with everything, our bags got delayed at the airport and the hotel received them at 4 am no issues, the breakfast is great as well

The poor flat TV on the wall ... as small as a laptop screen. Early in the morning there is a lot of activity on the street. You are better with the windows closed. If you have neighbors upstairs or in the room next to you, you can hear them walking and talking, or even locking their doors. Attention for the summer tourists: No A/C in the room. Expect the very basic. Same about the breakfast: Bread, gem, butter, coffee/tea (That's it). For 5 Euros you can have a couple of great croissants, or cream cakes and 1-2 espresso/americano at your choice just by crossing the street at one of the little pastry shops/patisseries.

We stayed there for 6 nights. Very clean and good size room. Toilet and shower were perfect. Stuff was good, no complains at all about them. Subway/metro, good and fair price restaurants, pastry shop, grocery store, all just meters away from the hotel. We had a free ride from the airport. Thanks a lot for that too.

It looks like there was no AC. At the time we stayed, it was fine since it was not too warm, but during the summer I guess the room can get pretty hot.

The staff was very nice. The neighborhood was lively with a lot of option to eat in the evening, and close to the metro station. The room was very clean and comfy.

The owner was really nice and friendly. The location is nice close to nice restaurants, market, bars and also metro station. The room was basic, but very clean. Overall we would come here again. Thank you for everything.

The personnel is exceptional there! Really nice people, ready to help anytime! Don't be afraid of 4th floor - it has really nice view if you will get the corner room. Very very tidy and clean - with everyday cleaning. Rooms are modest but you got there everything you need. For a breakfast you are going to get cripsy fresh baguette with butter, jam and coffee - and nothing more is needed if you are in Paris :)

The room was very basic. The shower needs a thermostatic mixer as the water constantly alternated between hot and freezing. There were some hairs in the shower. The area wasn’t great.

I suffered from two different scam attemps and I asked for assistence more than once in 3 months but I only got answered the day of the reservation. What if I changed my credit card and got my money stolen?

The place was very clean and overall well connected since there's the metro station within a few minutes. We only stayed a night but it was super useful the 24hour check in and the breakfast was offered. We really appreciated the receptionist's effort to speak english
