The second room i was placed in was very good. Etc is close to places i wanted to see at night. Good breakfast. Staff that is there to help

We asked at reception for a city map, and there were none available. A paper map is always handy, even when you have maps on your phone! Also, our key card didn't work at first so we had to go back down to reception to get another one - just a minor inconvenience.

The room was a great size and had plenty of storage with a nice kitchen area and bathroom. The bed was big and very comfortable and the room faced a quiet courtyard so there was no noise from outside. We didn't have breakfast, but the breakfast area looked well set up.

No lift. Flight of stairs to get to reception. Bed rather soft. No ice. Bring your own shampoo as they have 1 soap for hands, body and shampoo.

Location is near the city tram and old town. For Strasborg it was good if you are on a budget. Staff was very helpful

Stairs but unavoidable in most older style hotels and apartments in the centre.

Lovely small hotel in centre. Close to tram and sites. Small basic rooms.. three floors plus entrance stairs. No lift. Breakfast fine and tea/coffee available for 2€. Iron available. Helpful staff. Probably recently renovated. Would stay there again.

There is no elevator

The location is perfect, the hotel is in the middle of the historical centre. The staff was very kind, we got an upgraded 3-bed bedroom. We could leave our luggages during the day after check out.

Great location. Room was OK for a family of four, very small TV. Small bathroom, separated toilet. I recommend it for a short term stay. Optional breakfast (but we did not take it).

Even when the temperature outside was around 10-15 degrees Celsius, the room was too hot.

The location of the hotel is right in the city center, which is very convenient. The room is okay for the reasonable price. The room was neat and clean. The hotel staff was also friendly.

It will be more convenient if the hotel can partner with a parking garage for example, it is a bit inconvenient to find a parking place

The location was really good, close to the cathedral and to the petite France, the staffs were very helpful and they provided luggage storage service upon checkout. Couldn't ask for more with this price!

The room smelled rather odd, perhaps from the restaurant next door and there was a loud sound of an exhaust fan or something like that going all night behind the wall. The wifi was very weak.

The hotel is so close to Cathédrale Notre Dame, personnel was friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night and left our luggage at the hotel for the next day. Our room was clean and big enough.

the location is almost dead central and right outside a tram station - there's no way this could really get better. breakfast is provided in a quiet little cafe area that's on the way to the rooms and is secluded and feels private. the rooms are all above ground level which feels nice for both privacy and security. 24 hour staffed reception with friendly and helpful people!

No facilities, breakfast very poor, we came mid way through, and there was no more fresh bread, and all the stock was very low. Also dump smells in the room, for the price would expect better breakfast and facilities all together

The cleaning could me a little bit more thorough,but not something that really bothered us.

If you want to stay right in the center of the city ,then just pick this hotel . Everything was literally just around the corner. The breakfast was very good ,the staff was very helpful and the rooms had all the basics for a pleasant stay . Also regarding the price ,I found it quite fair for a central location just in the center of one of the most iconic Christmas cities in Europe. Just make your reservation on time.
