My room didn't have a view, but it's ok, cause I only stayed one night.

Room was good sized for a solo traveler. Just down the street from the Bonne Nouvelle Metro Stop, but also centrally located within easy walking distance of many of Paris' iconic neighborhoods.

Getting in and out of the big tub to shower, but I’m short.

Convenient to two Metro stations, 2 to 4 minutes away, and close to Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord. Lively area with shops and restaurants close by, but hotel on a quiet street. Reception is amazing, helpful even before I arrived. Always pleasant and smiling.

WiFi was spotty. I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. Had I known I would have eaten elsewhere. It wasn't a bad breakfast just very simple for the charge.

The location was great. It was close to the metro and walking distance to bus stops. Many great restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

Bathroom could have used a towel hook or rack. I really didn't have any other observations.

The room was very charming and well appointed. Surprise that I had a safe and refrigerator. It was small but for me it was perfect because I do not stay in the room but go out everyday. Very quiet which is difficult to find in Paris. Adjacent to the Metro and within a walking distance to restaurants and cafes. I definitely will go back and stay. The front desk staff was very helpful in how to navigate the city and ordered a taxi for me when I was ready to leave.

The WiFi connection in the bedrooms were not great. We experienced an intermittent (disappearance of the whole signal at times) and mostly poor signal delivery during our stay.

As requested, given our family with smaller children, we were allocated two rooms close (next) to each other. The rooms were well appointed with good space and comfortable beds.

No drawers in the bedroom. In the bathroom no cupboard where to place the toileteries under the washbasin. Expected coffee and milk refills since there was a kettle.

Wouldn't recommend the breakfast, it's continental style and although no problem with the food itself it is a little overpriced for what it is and you can get better value in the local cafes.

Location was great, very close to Gard de Nord and the metro. Great choice of restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy walking distance to Louvre and Musee D'Orsy ( as long as you like walking,) no need to get on the metro! Reception staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. The lady in the breakfast area is however a little grumpy! The room was stylish and spacious for Paris. The bathroom needed a little TLC in parts but was very clean, lots of towels and soap/shower gel and plentiful supply of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping great.

Hotel is ideally situated near metro stop, lots of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. Staff were very friendly, helpful both before arrival and during the visit.
