Hotel is on 1st floor of an appartment block with entrance nestled between 2 restaurants, there is a lift Our room had windows to a light well over a roof, only view was of another room and a wall, guess other rooms may have had a view but likely would have had more noise from the street

Good continental Breakfast is served in room as there is no dining area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful Loveley street market on Wednesdays and Saturdays Close to Montparnasse Train and Metro in lively area of Paris with good food and relaxing bars on the doorstep.

The noise was a little disturbing but I countered with earplugs. The decoration was Spartan and bare white surfaces were everywhere in the room.

Breakfast arrived on time and was good quality. The bed was super comfy and the room was warm. The location was excellent and close to a lively cafe district. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was on a tray in the room. This was ok, but I would have preferred a breakfast room to eat it in.

No AC, but there is a portable fan, so it was enough for the stay (temperature on these days were about 28C ). Breakfast on a budget side, no protein :)

Room was facing the street but sound isolations is very good, so no bothering from outside noise during the stay. Bed was comfy and room in general was spacious and quite clean.

A small hotel, located near two metro stations, which take you to all places you want visit in Paris within minutes. Very nice staff, kind and accommodating. Fresh croissants and baguettes for complimentary breakfast every morning.

There wasn’t anything I disliked per se. The standard of the room was fine, a bit worn as expected at that price.

The location of this hotel is really nice. Very close to Montparnasse station and perched on top of two busy restaurants that give you a feeling of being in the heart of Paris also when stuck in your room. The staff is very friendly.

It's an older building, so some of the carpeting is pretty worn down. The facilities seem to be older as well. The room was quite small, even for Paris standards I would think.

Awesome location, in the middle of an area where there are lots of eateries, pubs, and cafe's. Still felt pretty central and easy to get around on the metro. The staff was also super nice, friendly, and accommodating. They made us feel at home. Also very pet-friendly which is a big deal for us.

I would have liked shampoo.

The room was better than what I expected. The Linen were clean and the towels as well. I like the fact that there were a fridge and kettle in the room. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee nice and hot. The location is absolutely amazing.

Room could have been quieter but after a long day sight seeing fell asleep quickly even though I am a very light sleeper !

Room was noisy at night as restaurants below as advertised….room was beautiful and clean, comfortable and staff were very helpful in every aspect I travelled on my own and felt safe and in a great location to 2 metro stops nothing was too much trouble for then…will stay again
