We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandOur room was on the ground floor and our window opened directly onto a garden seating area which meant we could not open our window for the stay as people were looking in. Extremely warm in the room and air con could not be adjusted. Had a massage. 70 for half an hour which the first ten mins were just touching head and feet no massage. Very expensive

Everything was amazing. Loved the tranquillity of hotel right beside the towers and restaurants -all magnificent. We loved the spa -transported to another world with beautiful massages and restful times. Breakfast par excellence -everything artisan and nutritious too. The staff at front desk and in Spa could not have made us feel more welcome. Definitely coming back 10 out of 10.

Also a quiet location with no nuisance during the night. Our room was very comfy and convenient, with almost brand new bathroom and a nice modern touch in terms of furniture and decor.

We requested a room near to lift due to mobility issues and were given a wonderful room with extra large bathroom and shower. The room was fantastic. The hotel location was superb. Only a minutes walk from the restaurants and cafes and the historic sights. The staff went above and beyond expectations with particular thanks to Caroline who welcomed us to the hotel and assisted us with getting into the car park. And Alexandra who couldn’t do enough for us and even parked and charged my EV for me. He also recommended some restaurants which were superb. We will visit again.

The hotel was situated in quiet area but close to restaurants and beach .It had a nice quiet garden which we sat in often . The breakfast was excellent . The best of this type that we have experienced . Excellent coffee .The room was spotlessly clean . We were there for 5 days and got a complimentary bottle of Pineau

LuxembourgParking is not easy. Hotel has 5 outdoor parking places and you have to book with a lot of anticipation. Public parkings are available nearby 5-10min walking distance and aren’t expensive. In case you stay in the extended new part of the hotel it doesn’t have elevator so be careful bringing many bags.
Breakfast is simple but nice. Staff are very friendly and polite. Location is very good next to restaurants. Ask the reception and they’ll book you a restaurant usually they have a good suggestions.

LuxembourgParking is outdoors and super small it has space for 5 cars and you have to book. We couldn’t park there since there were other reservations before us made. So we went to an underground parking nearby 10 min walking distance. There is another one open air closer to the hotel 5 min walk. If you stay in the extended new part of the hotel there is no elevator so be careful if you have a lot of luggage it can be a pain. One of the girls at reception was super kind and helped us with the luggage until the room.
Breakfast is simple but nice. Staff are very friendly and polite. Perfect location close to restaurants.
