You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceThe hosts and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very well looked after, modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. Nice areas to relax inside and out, with a spacious garden and patio. Excellent bar and dining facilities. We had a lovely evening meal, and the breakfast selection was probably the best we've had in France. Great location for the area we wanted to explore.

NetherlandsNot much, but if we have to mention something, the beds could use a topper to soften them up just a bit. But there really is nothing here to complain about!
Very friendly and welcoming hosts, very fine restaurant (delicious oysters!) for dinner, great breakfast. Very tastefully re-modelled, very spacious room, free parking out front, within a stone's throw to the fort and waterfront, and the laid-back attitude of Port-Louis (seaside harbour town) is felt everywhere, very relaxing! All in all a lovely location and very pleasant stay.

SwedenThere is a bit of a battle for parking, especially on market days.
The placement close to the beach was very good; easy walk to bathing. The breakfast was exceptional for France. There's a market outside some weekdays, which was a nice surprise. All in all a very relaxing hotel. We were late in arriving but everything was set up so it only took a short phone call to get our rooms.

FranceThe rooms are too small, barely 12m² for a room called "superior" whereas the description indicated 18m². Better not be claustrophobic, and above all, the price is disproportionate to the qualité of the room. We were told that it was a problem of booking which charges too much and not of the hotel, i'm sceptical about that... The staff is very average, it's not the friendliest I've came across in my life. The cleaning lady however, is very friendly and very professional.
The geographical location is very good. Port Louis is really beautiful Beds are very comfortable The cleanliness is really impeccable. I don't think i'll ever stay in this hotel ever again.
