An elevator would be useful for an over 70's customer. The breakfast buffet was no more than adequate.

The room was large and comfortable with a great view of the Cathedral, but there was no shower stall, rather a bathtub with an uncomfortable hand held shower. The very useful free city shuttle (navette) has a stop right next to the hotel.

The room which was in the annexe was too dark and with it being ground floor it was a bit cold. However there is a fan heater and A/C. Although the bathroom was nice, better lighting is needed especially above the mirror which was too dim. The shower itself had better lighting. The curtains barely closed and the windows didn't open wide which meant no fresh air was getting into the room. Moreover a ground floor room makes it impossible to leave a window open while not in the room. The mattress was very lumpy and not comfortable. As I had booked in advance I think the hotel could have informed me that the room was not in the main hotel building.

The location is superb. The room was very clean and spacious for the price. It's very good value for money. The bathroom was nicely tiled and very clean. The room was cleaned everyday and to a very good standard. Having wooden flooring is so much nicer in a hotel. The breakfast is excellent and there is a wide range of choice. Would definitely recommend.

We had a good stay. The room could have done with an update. Was rather minimalist and TV didn't work (although the TV was not our main concern). As the room overlooks the neighbours (very close) it would have been nice to have netting on the windows. Breakfast was ok.

Very friendly staff, unexpected North African-based menu in hotel restaurant complete with unusual wines, excellent breakfast spread, great location in the shadow of the cathedral and in the heart of the city, welcome parking deal at secure site just across the road.

Beautiful hotel decked out in antiques. Fantastic old building in the town center, surrounded by lovely bars and cafes. Easy parking in the Marche car park. Very friendly staff made you feel very looked after.

I had a lovely quiet room to the back of the building and really appreciated the calm, as well as the comfortable bed. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location excellent. It was also lovely to have a Moroccan restaurant right downstairs - convenient and delicious!

The stairs to our third floor room which was a little small. Wished we’d booked one of the larger rooms for a 6 day stay as they face the cathedral.

Only watch out. If arriving by car you need to take into consideration the city center closes all streets at night and can get stuck in

The staff in the breakfast room could have been a little bit more „welcoming“ in a sense of guiding us better, like should we just sit down or should be wait for someone to ask for our room number and assign us a table? Where would be get coffee/juice - should we help ourselves at the bar or should we wait for table service? We were standing around a little bit lost a first, but the quality of the breakfast was good!

Nice spacious room. Toilet and bathroom were separate little rooms, which was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly and the location of the hotel is also very good.

Would recommend ear plugs if you have the view of the cathedral as the bells ring early but its still worth it for the view.

BEAUTIFUL room with stunning view on to the cathedral. Very welcoming staff. Room and bathroom clearly been recently refurbished and very classic french style.

The location is amazing. Very central close to chuches, river and cathedral...

There is no elevator in the hotel and if you stay at the forth floor of the annex, it is quite an exercise to get your luggage up.
