We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Clean room good shower and coffee machine. Best overnight stay we have had on our way to Spain. Will definately stay hier again.

United KingdomThis a modern stylish hotel. The location was great as there are plenty of eateries within walking distance. We were travelling on motor bikes and the staff were very accommodating by letting us park them by the terrace. The rooms are very comfy and the breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We plan to revisit Millau and we will stay here again.

Met with a charming member of staff who spoke to us in English on check in. Great start. Hotel is centrally located near plenty of restaurants and bars. Clean comfortable room. No lift to first floor. Breakfast not included in room rate unfortunately.

our guy on check in was very informative and helpful with local knowledge and parking ideas and really made us feel welcome. the hotel is ideally situated and offers a good value breakfast including fresh cooked scrambled eggs and wonderful local jams. check out was easy, the lady made it very easy an efficient - a perfect choice for my wife and I from Australia

IrelandArriving their by car is complicated given its location in the centre of town. You need to stop close to the hotel, pick up a voucher to get discount at the nearby shopping centre carpark.
