Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United StatesThe bathroom sink and handles and faucet. Faucet too small and too tight to the back of the sink (couldn’t get my hands under it comfortably). The sink is just stupid - too hard to use. The water handles were oddly placed; one I never could get on (the cold). The closet pole was too high. There was trash under the couch.

KuwaitWe got held up a bit at check in as the room was not ready. We had to wait till well after 3PM. The receptionist told us the room we will be getting is newly refurbished which was the case. They don't help much with parking but there is a parking space a small walk away. Since the room we got was newly designed, there is a bit of a smell coming from fresh paint maybe.
The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood and has a vintage touch to it. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really elegant. All in all, the stay was great

Everything is great in La Bourdonnais! It's the second time we stay in the Hotel. First time it was only my wife and me. Second time we went with our 2 kids. The hotel has a great breakfast, clean and good size bedrooms, a very helpful and kind team and has a very good location. It is a nice and quick walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro Station École Militaire. And it's also close of some nice and good.local restaurants
