We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was rather a lot of furniture in the room. We generally like to re-arrange furniture for comfort, but as we tried other bits of furniture hampered maneuvers. Not really a bad thing, just a bit awkward. The bed was very comfortable.
We had a good welcome with assistance to get our huge bag into the room. The food was good

The location is spectacular, right in the citadel part of Loan, easy to asccess with satnav, parking available on site. Quiet 'old fashioned feel with spacious rooms wih all mod coms although the shower was a bit 'pokey', otherwise we slept well, were given a superb breakfast and gained a lot of detailed info from the hotel manager. The restaurant was open in the evening but a Brasserie just 50mtrs into town was fantastic. Great place to use as a first night stopover

Secure garage parking very important as we were travelling by motorcycle. Breakfast was excellent, fresh croissants and a selection of cheeses and meats, cereal, fruit and yogurt.

We had a convenient family room which worked well. The staff were extremely helpful, allowing my daughter to stay longer in the room to sit and online exam. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was utterly delicious and the whole experience was peaceful: a welcome stop on our journey east.

Hotel de la Banniere de France has a charm that you don’t see so often and is ideally located to visit the Cathedral of Laon. The hotel owners are naturally friendly and welcoming. The staff are polite and helpful. The secure off-road parking was ideal for our motorcycles. The hotel‘s restaurant serves very tasty and well presented meals and all at the reasonable price.

The evening meal was simple but very tasty and there was a good choice for breakfast (delicious jam!). The car park (additional) is very narrow for a large car.
