No lift so we had to take our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, but they informed us of this prior to arriving.

Location was amazing, we managed to watch the Olympic torch run past our window which was so cool. Staff were friendly, we arrived early and they informed us that our room was already ready, so we could check in early. Will definitely visit again.

There is no reception on the place, it is a little bit uncomfortable, you have to wait until 16 o'clock to pay and for the code, so I waited 20 minutes outside at the entrance.

Receptionless hotel very impersonal

Receptionless hotel so when we arrived we couldn't get through the door. We had been sent an email with a link attached but as we were travelling and had paid already for the room I wasn't expecting to have to pay again ,when we arrived via the link, which I thought was a scam. Luckily I had the money to pay again so I was given the pass codes to enter the hotel and rooms but they have to realise not everyone will be in a position to pay twice. I did get a refund from the hotel a week later but honestly this is not the way to operate a hotel and it doesn't give you a great feeling from the off. The rooms were very nice fully equipped and clean and good value.

There was a lot of messing about over payment. It was time consuming. I had to enter my pin 3 times which made me nervous of scams. The instructions to get in the building were very ambiguous. There are 2 building. One with a white frontage with the name of the hotel. The key code didn't work, because I was actually staying in the building next door that had no signage and had a stone facade. I had to make phone calls for clarification. A few days later, I saw a young couple making the same mistake as me. They were trying to get into the white building. Lucky for them, I wasvable to help. The location was out of the way, with nothing much going on in the area. I saw the cleaner on my first day and she was a great help to me. I wouldn't choose that location again. Although the train station was handy as I have travelled on to Paris.

I liked the apartment. It was clean, the bed was comfy. Loved the lampshades and the lighting was good.

Cute little hotel at a great location. All the main attractions of St. Malo were just 10 mins walk away. Very clean and nicely done up place. We stayed just for the night but thoroughly enjoyed. Loved the modern coastal- boho style decor! :)

I was disappointed to discover, having booked and paid, that 24/7 service did not mean a presence onsite, but only telephone access. Arriving early from the ferry, I had hoped to leave my luggage, but earlier emails asking for that only repeated that access was from 4 pm. As the station had no left luggage facilities, I was saved lugging stuff around all day by the host of my return hotel. The room was fine for one person for a short stay, but would have been too cramped for 2 people, I think. Very little space for clothing and luggage; no space for draining dishes.

I chose this hotel because of its location near the station and fairly close to the ferry. I was also delighted to have facilities to make a cup of tea and prepare my own breakfast and sandwiches. The fridge, microwave, 2 plate induction hob and Nespresso machine were unexpected bonuses. There was also plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Excellent lighting too and spare adaptors downstairs.

Apartment totally newly renovated with kitchenette, wonderful beds and excellent shower. Lots of light, very large window. Location is very convenient, 5 minutes from train station and 15 min walk from walls of St. Malo. Assistance was offered by phone (no reception). All worked very well. We could check-in earlier and leave the luggage for some hours the day of departure.

Room was on the small side. Thought it was quite expensive and on a busy road.

Lovely comfortable bed and pillow. Fabulous hot shower and nice new ensuite bathroom. Nice and warm in the room.

There are 2 entrances to the hotel which was confusing. The smart TV did not connect to the internet.

The staff was not speaking very well English and it was a bit challenging to understand each other but in the end we managed to solve all including the fact that the code for door did not work and they had to give us another one for which we have to wait 20 min to activate. Also the room we booked was for 2 people however there was only one towel.

The room tough small , it was very nice and clean , the bathroom as well .

confusing check in with two different doors and no real explication of where the right place was

close to the train station so very handy. Looks a bit grim from the outside but once inside is very nicely done. Good rooms and up to date tasteful decoration
