Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything went well but the main highlights were the location of the hotel and a good choice of breakfast options. We stayed here last year and it seemed even better this year as our room was slightly bigger and it looked as though there was a bit of an increase in cereal options. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. As mentioned the location is great as it's near the canal which you can follow all the way to the old town and city centre.

A good hotel with pleasant outdoor space and secure parking. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful and it wasn't too far from the city's attractions (about 1km walk to the Capitole).

A great hotel for an awesome price. The location was great, the staff very helpful, the room was equipped with everything you need even to make a cup of coffee in the morning. They even had a lovely terrace in the back.

United KingdomThe showers are not entirely family friendly; they are see through. I wonder if a screen could be fitted as it meant that we had to take it in turns to leave the room to use the shower/to wash.
Great location, close to the canal, shops and the Japanese gardens. The staff were very attentive and helpful, from allowing us to load/unload our car right out the front, to providing water for our dog on arrival.

GreeceThe wc was too narrow, for someone being bigger, it’s a problem. I don’t like having a carpet in the room, but if f there’s one, I think the hotel should provide soft indoor slippers. More light would be needed in the room in my opinion.

United StatesRoom was a bit dark with single window, and we didn’t like glass door to bathroom as there is no privacy to the toilet user…also open shower was impossible to use without some water on floor.
Good value option in a quieter part of Toulouse, but walkable to city center, sights, or metro. Courtyard facing room was very quiet. The Staff were nice and very bicycle friendly set up in garage. Bed was comfortable and triple room had some extra space we appreciated bicycle touring (with single bed folded up against wall). Breakfast was pretty good.
