Room was quite small. No air conditioning, only one small fan. Toilet was detached from the bathroom. Private shower was quite small.

Great location, very very close to the beach and only a short walk from the main shopping strip in Nice. Staff were very friendly. Facilities were clean and the outdoor are at the front was a nice area to relax.

There is no air-conditioning in this hotel and we were experiencing a heatwave during our time in Nice making this a very hot room. The hotel did provide us with a fan and that did help. I

The hotel was located a short walk from the beach and very close to the Musee Beaux Arts. We were welcomed by friendly staff who allocated a room on the cool side of the house. The room, albeit small and not the twin we originally booked, was practical and functional. We paid extra for breakfast and this was plentiful.

The showers weren’t great, and its location wasn’t great for getting into the city/main part of Nice. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and there was no air conditioning - only a fan.

The room was nice, and location was ideal for the beach and the trams.

Fouges should be reneved, water bottles should be welcoming guests in the room. Some small changes can be very refreshing.

I consider my stay at the hotel successful. The room is located on the first floor on the one side and the half-level of the other. The staff is very helpful, especially since there are no hairdryer or hanging space for weath clothes in the rooms. The hotel is conveniently close to the sea and the L2 (airport) line, nestled among dense blocks of buildings. Exceptional service!

The beds are very uncomfortable unfortunately; the mattresses are thin so been feeling the bed metal rods under our backs that was the most disappointing beside the value against money.

We liked the location a lot, near to the beach, quiet area and near to Tram station that can bring you to center very easy. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful they allowed us to keep our bags after check out for sometime which was very nice from them. The hotel was clean.

Although we were on the first floor, site building had sidewalk there so we felt like we were in the basement since sidewalk was situated higher than our windows

Didn't like the spiderwebs in the ceiling, tiny sink in the room and thin walls as could hear what other couple was talking about :) but I would come back again to this hotel!

The location is great!. Close to the beach and shops for reasonable price! Lemon tree outside I liked that due to our flight in the evening we could leave the bags in the hotel instead of walking around the town with it. Big +!

The bed was very creaky which we found annoying. The toilet and shower is very small. No sink in toilet. upstairs.

The location of the property is perfect. It is less than a 4 minute walk from the beach and the promenade. It is very close to the main shopping area and strip and a short walk from the old town. It was in walking distance of everything we needed for our trip. The bed was comfy and room was clean . Outside area is pretty to sit at. They also let us drop off our luggage early which we appreciated.

Room #7: beds are bare metal carcass with a cheap mattress, I could feel the metal bars through it. Pillows are also cheap and low. There was no hanger in the bathroom, and very dim light. The sink pipes were partially clogged. Water pressure in the shower was so low that shower head didn't really work, so had to use hand shower instead. There were two of us in the room, we hanged wet towels to dry in the morning, but once we were back in the evening, we found towels folded on the beds. It was unclear if the towels were changed or not, and if not, then which one is mine. Wifi quality was average - no extra access points on the top floor, signal was unstable.

Friendly staff, very close to the beach, cutlery is available at the reception, nice bakery nearby.

The bed wasn't the best and the bathroom door couldn't be fully closed.

The location is very good - the sea is in a 2 minutes walk. The receptionist was really kind and friendly.
