You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt smells strongly of other people’s cooking in the hallways and stairs. The sheets were a dirty. The toilet kept gushing water non-stop but we didn’t want to change rooms as there were lots of teenagers in the rest of the hotel. The hedges coming out of the car park made it very hard to see the road - they need to be cut back.
The staff were very friendly and it was a good location for our visit.

United Kingdom- rude staff not willing to help late at night when checking in, seemed annoyed when asking for help with room issues - terrible small rooms which have no air conditioning, the hotel does also not have fans - they said they did not have any spare pillows - english language barrier - no facility's like irons for rent, or tea or coffee in the room - room also had broken ladders on the bed
nothing at all, I wanted home as soon as I entered the property, I couldn't find other accomadation or return flights home or I would have left.

United KingdomThe room door did not lock, we were told it would be ok, said they had called someone to fix it, we had to leave all our belongings in the room without a key. We were advised when we came back that evening it would be fixed, it was not so we had to sleep with the door unlocked all night. The toilet was constantly refilling all night long, could not use the toilet for fearbof it not flushing, we had to visit the toilet in the reception 1 floors down

United KingdomThere was no restaurant which meant ordering food to the room which took 2hrs or driving 15mins to the nearest town. If you have no vehicle this would be pretty hard to find food as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere

United KingdomStaff very friendly and helpful. Room basic but well set up and very clean throughout. Hotel is budget, but perfectly good. Location is in a commercial district so not too many walkable amenities (excellent Chinese restaurant at the end of the road). Checkin simple. Ample parking. Breakfast available at very reasonable price. Room comfortable and quiet. All good.

United Kingdomthe rooms very very basic. we would not stay here again. you can hear people who I think live here all the time too crashing and bashing and taking most of the night. the rooms are very basic. the beds are very uncomfortable. the bathrooms are very small and not very nice at all. so small i fact that they have had to put the sink next to the bed instead.

United KingdomNot much! our first room stunk of cigarettes. got moved which was a positive but that room was filthy as well. Bathroom was tiny and the shower water went into the toilet floor area so was always wet. Corridors and lobby carpet hasn’t been hoovered in what looked like months.
