the only thing I have to point out that I didn't like was that we booked a taxi to the airport in the morning and no one from the staff ordered So I had to arrange a taxi for 1am to take us to the airport at 8am

Hotel not in a very nice area next to a dual carriageway. The metro about 10 minutes walk away so we got about but the area isn't good. The restaurant food was also not great. My husband ordered a chicken burger but a pulled beef burger came. He didn't want to cause a stink so ate it & was up ill all night. I remembered then seeing pulled beef on the menu days before!

Hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly & helpful. In the square by the Metro is a lovely little bakery, the staff there were so friendly & saved us a few days with sandwiches.

We would not stay here again as the 2.3 miles from the port in the hotel description was very misleading. Once you left the hotel property we didn’t feel safe in having to travel to the metro station to go down to the port. The restaurant’s menu was very limited and didn’t change once during our 4 night stay. Would have appreciated some gluten-free bread at breakfast. The eggs were often cold, but found we could order eggs on request.

It was a very nice hotel with fitness center and pool. Mae at the main desk was so cheerful and always checking in with us to see if we were enjoying our stay.

We ate dinner one evening in the restaurant and it was the worst meal I've ever had. The staff is restaurant could have been more efficient and friendlier.

The breakfast was perfect, there was a good selection of hot and cold food. Additionally you could order omelettes fresh. The location is great, 10 minute walk to the metro and 5 stops into the old town. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There a is a suoermarche 5 mins from the hotel too.

Staff is great, everybody is super nice and helpful! Breakfast was rich, had lots of options to choose from. Room was clean and big enough ☺️ w If we are in Marseille again, we will be definitely staying here 🤩

I couldn't adjust the climate control in the room it was too high during the night. Breakfast was very good with big variety and a lot of choice.

The breakfast room could be bigger

Very varied breakfast with very good quality products. Very easy access to the hotel parking lot even before check-in. The staff was very professional and gave us all the information we needed.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the surrounding environs were awful. Rubbish strewn all over the streets, lots of dog poop and rats running rampant in the evenings.

The staff were so friendly. There was a decent selection at breakfast, but could have been expanded. The room was comfortable and clean.

The only downside was the swimming pool as they will reopen the swimming pool at the beginning of May and we arrived a week prior. This is not a big issue as I would stay at this location again!

The breakfast was amazing! Freshly baked pastries and fruits are available, with so many savoury options as well! My friend loved the sausages and banana loaf, whilst I opted for a light breakfast with chia pudding. There are many options available and you can go for seconds! The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from Charteux station which allows easy access to Vieux Port as well as being close to Palais Longchamp, a beautiful scenery and must-visit. The staff are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions and also give recommendations for places to eat or see.

Whilst there are USB charging port, there isn't enough USB-C charging port which is more and more common. Room service is open 24/7 but the hotel restaurant is not always open. For 20 Euros, the breakfast should have been better.

The staff are really lovely and there are good enough facility. The room is spacious and very clean. There are enough power sockets and also individual USB charging port.

The garage access was too narrow for a big car.

The size of the room was more than enough. The breakfast met our expectation.
