The hotel staff from our entrance to the hotel to the departure was extremely courteous, gave an answer to any question or the best favor, I'm sure I will return to this hotel the next times I visit Marseille

Garage was difficult to navigate with 2 doors: you will need to get off car to open the inner door. And it’s not intuitive where the bases where you tap your room card key are located. Need clearer instructions for these. Figured it out on second day, and had to help other guests twice.

Helpful and friendly 24x7 staff. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, free water and coffee, refrigerator is a plus. Too bad we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and gym!

The surrounding area is a little rough but it is a close walk to the subway which is a plus

The staff were very accommodating! The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and spacious! The pool is also a nice touch. I’d recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible experience in the Crowne Plaza Marseille. Thanks to the unbelievable service provided by Tigran and the team. Tigran is truly a credit to the hotel. I can’t recommend the hotel enough! Great staff, so clean and the neighbourhood is really good. Location is perfect? 7 min walking to metro 1 and 10 min you’re in vieux port or gate Charles.( train station). Breakfast is amazing!

The staff where lovely and really helpful when asked for advice for the area. Room was very comfy and cleaned impeccable every day! The cleaners put my teddy back every day on the be which was sweet. Highly recommend! if you go try the resturant Splendio (ask reception for a taxi there) food is insane and everyone reccomended it to us including taxi drivers!!

I didn’t trust the neighbourhood to walk at night but that might just be a personal opinion more than an actual safety issue

Short metro ride from the train station and to the old port. Swimming pool was a good respite from the heat, bed was incredibly comfortable and everything was spotless. The spread at breakfast was everything you’d expect from a French high standing hotel, as was the restaurant’s menu, but most memorable will be the staff. Such an incredibly friendly and professional ladies and gents. They stole my 10 year old daughter’s heart ^^

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is great located 5 minutes far away from the metro station. The room was very modern, clean, spacious and good equipped. The hotel also have a pool and a gym. They also offer a room service, for example they can bring you breakfast to your room if you want. We really liked the restaurant and breakfast. The personal was very kind, talkative and friendly. It was a pleasure for us to stay in this hotel and we hope that in the future we will come back here again.

Location 50/50: The surrounding area was run down and a bit dodgy. Breakfast: Not enough variety, basic breakfast.

Location was 50/50 - Good: It was 5 mins walk to the Dome which was handy as was attending a show there. Staffs were friendly and helpful and the cocktails were prepared well.
