Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A great welcome from a very friendly lady who made us feel very much at home. Superb breakfasts. Brigitte invited us to dinner with herself and her friends and we had a great evening together. There are many facilities such as the large swimming pool that unfortunately we didn't have time to make use of. If you are looking for a relaxing time in beautiful, quiet surroundings then you would struggle to find better than Croissant de Lune. I would highly recommend.

We arrived in the area unexpectedly, so we booked this accommodation on the spur of the moment only to find that there is not a restaurant nearby. So facilities we made available for us to prepare our own buffet dinner but if we wanted we could have prepared a full dinner So as yon can gather the owners are friendly and accommodating

BelgiumThe bed & breakfast was really amazing. The room was all clean and stylish with loads of light and decorated with great taste. The common areas are also nice and clean. The best are definitely the hosts, friendly and attentive to the guests. I recommend also eating there. Brigitt is an amazing cook. And we also had a great astronomy introduction by Christophe. It was a real pleasure staying there!

Britt has set up this amazing chambre d’hotes kind of concept (but a family gite is coming soon) with a lot of attention and perfectionism. Croissant de Lune is smartly located between Nimes, Uzes and Anduze. But also other Provence highlights are within reach. The private rooms are very confortable and have a personal touch. But it almost feels as if you are at home as you are free to use the living rooms, enjoy the art books or cook in the outdoor kitchen. An amazing breakfast is varying daily but always includes home made products. The large garden (not 100% finished yet) is nice to relax and has a lot of different spots for seating. And a pool to cool down.
