Windows cannot be left open in the summer due to the mosquitoes so was a bit annoying to arrive to an open window but that's easy enough to fix.

Excellent location right in the centre of Antibes so that everything is only a short walk away yet off from a main road so that it's comfortable and quiet at night. Has all of the facilities you could need including AC! A lovely place that I'd more than recommend to anyone visiting Antibes.

Wonderful location in the heart of the old town. Clean apartment with everything we needed for our one week's stay. Damien welcomed us after we arrived and told us not to hesitate to call him if there was any problems. Highly recommended.

Low key Vent/fan running at night- presumably to help provide ventilation in the bedroom & bathroom that had no windows. Ventilation in these areas would not great (no windows) but we knew this before booking and it was NOT a deal breaker, just an honest opinion

We have stayed here before and we love it. Clean, everything works, it all feels new and it is in a great location. There are fab places to eat and drink steps away!

Everything was nice and clean, the kitchen was well-equipped. The communication with the host went smoothly, and was available at any time. There are recommendations left by Damien in a booklet, which was very helpful. The location is great, everything is literally a few minutes away, yet its in a quiet area.

It is on ground floor, so daily light is missing a bit, but this is normal in old city, especially if you wont to feel the spirit of the city.

Location is perfect, in the middle of old city. Place is quiet, cozy and you have everything that you need for your great stay. If you want to feel the spirit of Antibes, this is a perfect place.

The kitchen bin wasn’t emptied which wasn’t a problem as we didn’t cook whilst we were there.

Everything, the location is superb. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you might need for a stay. The water in the fridge on arrival is a welcome relief and the guide book the host has made is really useful to get some good places to eat. Netflix for those cosy nights in. Space to wash and dry clothes if needed. It’s just ideal.

Bed was smaller than we are used to and wasn’t comfortable for us. In the area where the bed was, it was hard to balance using the curtain to keep morning sunlight out but get air conditioning in. Shower is very small, so a small shelf to put soaps and shower gels on would be handy.

Location, location, location! As mentioned in other reviews, this is super close to old town Antibes action, but in a quiet dead end street. Air conditioning kept up to the hot outside temperatures. Refrigerator had an area to make ice and keep things frozen. Check in and out was smooth and communication clear with the property owner.

Excellent property. I stayed here for 4 nights with my mum. Damien had left us information on how to collect the keys and also information inside the property of things to do whilst in Antibes. Using the free view television I was able to log into my own Netflix whilst relaxing for a few hours and getting ready. The property was exceptionally clean, modern and the bed was really comfortable. As for location it couldn’t have been any better. A 30 second walk and you were at the bars and restaurants. I know this sounds close but honestly inside the apartment we couldn’t hear a thing and the atmosphere around the bars and restaurants is all very relaxed. Also an excellent location to explore other areas such as Monaco and Cannes via the train (10 minute walk away) Ubers are also easy to get and under half the price to and from the airport Excellent stay and excellent host
