No elevator. If you got lvl4 room, have to carry all your things up by stairs. No parking too.

I didn't mind but in case you have any walking issues: building has no lift. Room was pretty claustrophobic with window facing walls of other buildings No closet, drawers, chairs etc to put your stuff - you can use plastic containers stored under the bed. They do the job, but not very comfortable

taxi struggled to find it so we had to walk a little from drop off. Room looked nice but was defo a squeeze with 3 adults and a teenager sharing a room. Human tetris to use the bathroom springs to mind!!

Location excellent, the hotel is lovely but it is snug with 4 in a room. Space used well by them and decor is really cool, we liked it and the staff were friendly.

Hotel room very small, there was not even a closet to put our clothes. Bathroom was tiny the sink was super small that when you tried to wash your face all the water went to the floor. Only 1 pillow per person, not the most comfortable bed.

There is very little storage for ski clothes to dry. Shower seemed to be blocked a bit as the water didn’t drain quick enough. Not enough storage in the bathroom for toiletries. The sink is super small, and tap was not fitted properly, moving around. Only one chair to sit at the table. Very thin walls, people walking around with their ski boots on, very loud, and doors in the hallway were slammed a lot.

Location was great, easy to get around on foot or by a shuttle bus. Good shuttle bus service. The staff at the hotel are really lovely and helpful and let us check-in early. The cleaner is also very good, and cleaned our room beautifully.

Modern interior but with classic style. I had read reviews about the rooms being small, we were pleasantly surprised. Good use of space, just what we needed and comfy beds. The boot room was also a nice surprise. Great location.

The location was superb, right in the heart of Chamonix. The staff were also so accommodating and friendly, there to help or get you a drink after skiing. The hotel lobby was comfortable and cosy. The beds were lovely and room was spotless.

The room was quite small and if we had had more baggage with us it would have been quite cramped (we had not even the smallest room and had just carry on luggage with us). The sound isolation between our room and the corridor was not that good and we woke up a couple of times when our neighbours left for airport early. No vegan options for breakfast (we solved this by using our balcony as a mini fridge).

The location was excellent! The main streets with restaurants, ski rentals etc were just around the corner. We had probably also had the best room of the hotel (on the third floor), with a nice little balcony (perfect for the smelly ski boots) facing towards the mountains. Really nice and helpful staff.

No elevator so had to walk up to top floor with our bags which was tough bc it was a lot given a ski vacation.

Cute theme and nice lobby to sit and have coffee, bkst or drinks. Very close to everything in Chamonix staff so pleasant and kind and helpful.

The room was pretty small for two people. It was fine for one night but I think we might have felt cramped if we had stayed a full week. The shower wasn't draining properly but we removed the hair and fixed the problem ourselves, no big deal.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The reception area/bar was very nice and we enjoyed having our morning coffees there. I really liked the room decor.
