I’m a light sleeper and I found it a little noisy as you could hear other guests coming in/out. I was able to sleep well with ear plugs in.

I loved the croissant on the door each morning! I thought it was very kind that the staff offered to carry my bags up the stairs. The bed was comfy. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely little hotel, really well located just off the beach and within easy walking distance of the old town. Our very good sized room (Junior Suite) was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Very friendly young staff during our stay. It's a family business. Really appreciated the early morning croissants on the door. Highly recommended

Occasionally, we could hear noise from upstairs room. It sounded like they were dropping things on the hard floor. There was a small raised platform in the room between the entrance and the sleeping area. We were concerned that we might trip over it at night going to the bathroom (we didn't!).

Very quiet and comfortable room close to the seafront and city centre. There is a tram station nearby and plenty of buses if your feet get tired.

Stairs, but they carried our bags up to room. Parking a bit difficult. Towels were not great. No amenities like shampoo ( there was some type of liquid soap) Window faced wall. I was thinking a bit different atmosphere from ad and Instagram.

I love everything about this hotel. The location is great, near to everything. The staff are attentive and helpful. The room is nice and clean. I love the croissant that they provided every morning too. This felt like home far away from home. Thanks for making my trip to Nice so wonderful.

We didn't sleep very well for three nights because the walls were paper thin and the noise from the upstairs apartment kept us awake at all hours throughout the night.

Amazing staff. Stellar location. We loved waking up and finding croissants hanging on our door handle every morning.

It's a shame there isn't space for a proper breakfast area. Also, I felt I paid more than I should have for a small room up several flights of stairs, even though it was peak season.

I loved the comfortable room, which was small but perfectly equipped. It was great to relax there after my hike in the Alps. It's a friendly, boutique hotel with a great location.

The bathroom is quite small and could be a bit uncomfortable for a big person.

The team is really friendly and helpful. It was a good cost-benefit choice. The building is classy and well decorated. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The decoration could be better if it would be like in the new wave minimalistic hotels. If they ever think of going to renovation in the future:)

The staff :) they were most helpful and flexible. Also they thought of everything that you might need. Free towels for the beach, coffee machine in the room, fresh croiassant every motning hanged on your door in a nice bag for a lovely start to the day. The room was super clean. Only 5 minutes away to the beach.

I am not sure how this property is rated as a “hotel”. The reception is a small table and 2 chairs sitting in the staircase hallway, the entrance is so narrow, you can barely notice it, the building is also shared with other businesses on other floors. There are no facilities, there is an admin room. Additionally, my room was situated where it overlooks the shaft of other buildings, there was barely natural lighting and the window had fake plants to hide the shaft, which could not be opened because of the mosquitoes. This is a big downside, considering i live in the gulf and needed some fresh air and nice windows to overlook the beautiful streets and buildings of Nice. It would not have been my first choice and for the price I paid, I could have gotten a room with a normal window. The reviews say “wonderful” which is partially true if you overlook something, but I would definitely not call this a proper hotel.

The room was clean and had everything needed, even a coffee machine. It is a bit small, but everything was placed smartly. The staff is so kind. However this feels more like a serviced room rather than a hotel.

Beautiful design, newly renovated bathrooms, super clean, and great location (close to Old Town, beach, and train station). Owner was exceptionally helpful! He went out of his way to connect our phone to car rental Bluetooth. Every morning they leave fresh croissants outside your door! Highly recommended!

Noise cancellation of walls are poor. Neighbor had work call and was audible in my room(across the hall)
