It’s small, but that’s to be expected. The only time we were here was to sleep and shower and it was perfect for just that.

We had a great experience staying at this property. The staff was so helpful to make accommodations when we added an extra night stay after our initial booking. The location is close to the train station and easily accessible. I would recommend staying here!

Management should have sent a message regarding the elevator being out of order as they were waiting for repair/replacement parts ordered by the elevator(lift) service provider. Also, the shower stall is insanely too small. I'm an athletic-built man, and it was even small for me. I can't imagine what it is like for a bigger person. The bathroom window is very drafty; management needs to inspect all windows to ensure they seal properly.

The property is well-situated within walking distance of many areas I love to walk around.

The door to the stairs is too close to room 106 an it can be really loud and accidentally wake you up in the middle if the night.

The room we stayed in was narrow and dark but as we were out all day, this was not an issue. The towels, however, although changed daily, were very old and we felt uncomfortable using them!

The room is really small , I was kind of prepared for this , but pictures on booking don't show proper size, it's hard to understand how small they are . It would be nice as well to have a body lotion and hair conditioner as part of the facilities.

I liked the breakfast, for such a small hotel it was quite good. I liked that staff solved our problem, when we arrived there was a little bit of mold in the shower and my friend has allergy. So showed us another 3 rooms and we chose the one without the mold . It was very kind . The location is amazing, 1 minute to the metro, nit very far away from the Louvre. Our room was cleaned every day and they changed our towels every day as well , which is perfect.

Room a bit small and worn but that seems the norm for this price in central Paris.

Great location for Gare du Nord and Metro. Also lots of nice little restaurants close by. Comfy bed, friendly staff and a well laid out basic breakfast. For Paris this was good value for money.

Air conditioner was old so made some high pitched noises that were annoying when sleeping, but it cooled the air nicely which was the main thing.

Breakfast was great, a good variety of foods to choose from and nice, light filled room to eat in.

Carpet had a slight musty smell and there was a large damp patch when we arrived.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hôtel Paris La Fayette. Rooms were clean and comfortable, great location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

AC has seen better days. Thankfully not very hot this week, as the AC wouldn't have saved us. Matrasses were too hard although of good quality (no springs etc). Elevator sometimes has issues ;)

Breakfast was excellent and diverse (fresh baguettes!). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel looked fresh and clean. Room small, but big-ish for Paris standards. Very close to Metrostation and not located immediately on a busy street.

There is not a nice view but it was quite (on the closed garden inside).

I liked that the room (it was a triple) was quite big and divided into two small section with a door. We could fit a baby cot in the part with a single bed, so kids had their space. Bathroom was ok. Bed was comfy.

i think i had half a family room with a locked door between the rooms. in the morning i woke up from the guest in the adjacent room having a telephone conversation.
