You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the centre of Colmar so everything easily reached on foot. We had one of the suites located in the rear of the hotel next to the canal and was very quiet and private. Nice little garden to sit in if you want a break from walking around Colmar. We could not get parking at the hotel itself but a cheap multi storey car park was only an 8 minute walk away.

United StatesI just had foot surgery, and it would have been great to know that the bathroom was located in the loft. The room was certainly very unique, and the shower was wonderful. Going up and down with a painful foot was not so great.
Breakfast was plentiful. A wonderful selection of breads and croissants. We enjoyed your coffee machine brewing some beautiful selections. My only complaint is that the warm food items were pretty much cold or lukewarm, and we had breakfast at 7 AM.

We loved the hotel, location and the amazing old town Colmar. The rooms were comfortable and clean, no complaints there. We were close to everything we wanted to see. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nice garage facilities for our rented car and was very close to where we stayed. We loved everything about Colmar and our stay.
