Nothing to dislike. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was a fabulous meal. The staff were friendly. The tall, very slim maitre de needs to put his tablet down and smile. He was on the verge of being rude.

Room was a nice size and had everything you could need. Free parking a bonus. Lovely grounds close to the city centre.

The breakfast was a bit expensive for what it offered. Would have like some fresh milk and cacao, not from a machine, as well as some fresh fruit juice that you can mix yourself. Lack of choices for a buffet although the mini croissant and pain au chocolat was good.

Beautiful big bedroom, well decorated and very clean. Super confortable bed and linens. The bedroom has all the necessary amenities you might need during a stay. We had a little balcony so we could enjoy a lovely view in the morning. The Chateau is in a beautiful location with a very nice garden. The staff people are very nice and helpful. We can easily walk to town and enjoy the area with beautiful house and parks around. There is an underground parking so you can park your car easily which is very convenient.

The only issue we had was that any amenities (restaurants, etc) outside of the hotel were a distance and required driving to them. Parking was a bit difficult due to the small parking spaces but I suppose that's normal in France. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Restaurant service very friendly but not professional enough ( you do not empty a bottle of wine in a glass and fill it up with a new bottle etc .. ) maitre d’hôtel lady excellent. Meal could be better.. park superb, a real pleasure - doggy bags and all..

Absolutely fabulous spa hotel in a large walled garden in Tours.

The hotel is quite a way from the centre of Tours - a good 30 minute walk. There is a tram service nearby. Service in the bar area was slow and on the two occasions we stopped for a drink we had to find someone to serve us.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. Our room was spacious, light and airy. We also had a kitchenette which was an unexpected plus. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

My deepest gratitude for the outstanding help I received the Château Belmont team recently . During my stay, I unfortunately left some important documents and personal belongings in the room safe. The staff not only took the necessary steps to verify that the items were indeed mine, but also promptly and securely mailed them to me back in Germany as I had requested. The attention to detail, kindness, and patience throughout the process were truly remarkable.

The restaurant chef and staff were nice and welcoming; however the food was as if taken off a conveyor belt - pretending to be elevated but relatively tasteless.

The location was far from the center, but we used our car. Another thing: the word chateau is misleading. Although the main building is in an old style, it is adjacent to buildings in a contemporary style so it is difficult to notice its uniqueness. The interior design is also completely modern. So don't expect to stay in a castle. You should know that the outdoor space is shared with retirement residences.

Good breakfast with cheeses, smoked salmon and more. Our room was upgraded to a spacious one and was clean and faced the beautiful garden. The bathroom was huge.The atmosphere was calm and pleasant and the staff was kind.

Service for drinks and in the restaurant was a bit slow. It was a little out of the way for the centre of Tours, but great tram service not far away was great. It would be good to have larger cups for hot drinks in the room and have black tea and milk available.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, pool, gym and garden very nice. Maid service every day was excellent. Reception staff were very good and helpful.

Our room in the Castle was spacious, clean and comfortable with two large flat screen TVs and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and a bath. The WC was separate. The a la carte evening meal was excellent and well presented. The wine list is extensive. A great place to stay when visiting the lovely city of Tours.

Nothing. The only thing that annoyed me, wasn't even the hotel's fault - but, still something they could consider. They had a water dispenser in the lobby with paper cups to help yourself - however, I was put off as a mother let her children cough over them all, it was gross and I did not want to touch it after seeing that! Perhaps put the cups in their own dispenser rather than piled up next to the machine. Also - please teach your child to cough into their arm or hand!

Everything. We even contemplated staying longer (we were driving through France), just to spend more time at the hotel. Amazing room and facilities, fantastic room service breakfast, lovely staff. The place was very clean, the room was huge, the bathroom was lovely. I really couldn't complain.
