Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesParking is an extra charge and the spaces are really tight. However parking has best access to elevator for unloading, because the hotel does not have a loading/unloading area to park during check in.
Walking distance from the beach, nice rooms and clean facilities. Staff was friendly, room had kitchen and refrigerator so we could cook for ourselves.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with anything we needed if we had wanted to cook. We did use a few items. The balcony was nice. Everything was very nice and as expected. The staff was very friendly at the Front Desk, at different times. The breakfast room staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the Promenade, restaurants and shopping. The staff helped us arrange transportation from the port on arrival, and to the airport for departure.

TurkeyWe had a great stay at this apartment in Nice. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it is only a 20-minute walk to the train station and a 7-minute walk to the tram. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The price was also very affordable, making it a great value for the stay.

good location: only couple of minutes from tram stop which you can use to go to airport or old Nice (which indeed accessibly by foot too). Promenade is a few minutes' walk away. kitchenette is very small but there is a microwave, kettle, plates, glasses, etc Small bottle of welcome water also nice to get on arrival. We haven't used breakfast on site but few options are available there. Personnel on reception is very friendly and ready to help.
