Very centrally located, restaurants were just on your doorstep. Very close to metro and walking distance to old town. I would recommend. Although room has no air-conditioning but we were there on a cooler night so no need.

Personal preference but the pillows were a little soft.

The Location is great. Close to places to eat, just across the river from the Old Town area and all the main areas are very accessible by foot. Next to the St Antoine food market which was perfect for grabbing a fresh breakfast. Reception Desk are very helpful.

The only slight complaint was that the lift was very slow.

We stayed for 6 nights. The location of the hotel was excellent, convenient for all of the city. Our accommodation was spacious, light and well equipped. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We asked to change rooms as the initial room had a depressing view across a mossy flat roof covered in cigarette butts. The receptionist changed our room immediately. The bed and bed linen were comfortable. The accommodation was clean, and well prepared. The WiFi worked well. We would definitely return

The electricity in the kitchenette didn’t work - so we could use the fridge, cooker etc. There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper - with no spare. The reception staff really were not interested in resolving any of these issues.

The air conditioning unit in our apartment was quite noisy so having it on at night wasn’t an option.

The hotel was well located and the apartment equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful - we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The area around the hotel provided many dining options so we were never at a loss for places to go. We’d be happy stay at this hotel again if ever in Lyon.

No ventilator in the bathroom, no cleaning took place during the stay, the glass wall between the shower and toilet was not big enough to prevent the water splashing out the shower area.

Friendly and helpful staff, air-conditioned, free coffee and water available, and above all, superb location having many good restaurants and touristic places in walking distances.

The location and value for money were what I most liked about the property. Presqu’ile is an easy walk to exceptional places to eat and drink, and isn’t super touristy. Staff were very helpful.

That watermelon seems to be served not freshed and was already spolied on taste. Omlete and ham were not hot on the second day of breakfast. There were no fresh vegetables. About room did not like that it was not cleaned, towels were not changed, even if we stsy 2 nights new towels should be at least provided.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is not diverse but rather good. Loved fresh juice and good quality of fruits.

Not the best shower, might be a bit uncomfortable if you're tall, but nothing that would ruin the experience in my opinion given how affordable it was compared with other places.

Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and a very walkable neighbourhood. Nice touch of having water in the reception to refill our bottles, especially with Lyon's hot summer. The room has a good space with enough wardrobe.
