It was SO nice I was worried about damaging it 😂

The apartment is in a great location just off the promenade. I swam every day and there are great beach things available to help you have a comfy time on the stones! There is incredible attention to detail in the apartment and it honestly feels like a home away from home. I always walked but great access to tram and bus too, with a very easy airport connection. The area is vibrant and handily close to a supermarket.

I wish we had more time to stay longer!

Jane and Siamak are great hosts. They were very accommodating, provided great recommendations, and even checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well. I would definitely book with them again!

Nothing we loved it

We loved how accomodating Jane and Siamak were. They were so kind in showing us the ropes of the place and made us feel very welcome. The location was also so convenient the beach was so close and same with lots of great spots to eat.

The location was perfect and the hostess was very nice and welcoming. The apartment was very well equipped and we had everything we needed and more for a few nice days in Nice.

The location was perfect, literally a minute from the beach, shops and restaurants on the doorstep and old Nice about a 25 minute walk. The apartment was super, a comfortable bed, excellent facilities in the kitchen, able to use beach mats, umbrella, beach shoes etc. it was also very quiet and it felt very safe. The host was super. We had clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. She was friendly and extremely helpful. She made sure we had all the essentials available on our arrival. I would highly recommend this apartment.

There was nothing to not like. Apartment and hosts were great and Nice is a wonderful place. We were surprised by the rock beaches, but sunbathers didn’t seem to mind.

Great location a block from the beautiful Mediterranean Sea and the promenade. Near restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment was great with everything you need if you want to prepare meals. Jane left a few items (milk, juice, wine, coffee) to get started which was great for us. Apartment was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, quiet building and the hosts were great. We would definitely stay again.

Everything! Super comfortable apartment with the absolute best hosts! Very comfortable (big!) bed and and bathtub was a bonus too. The washing machine was appreciated, as was the hot water, quiet apartment, great balcony and the most stocked apartment I have ever stayed in. So convenient to thw beach, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores - if you’re lucky enough for this place to be available - stop looking and start booking!!

Absolutely perfect for what we wanted and needed. The reviews I had previously read before booking were spot on! Jane and Siamak were perfect hosts - great communication and flexibility around our flights and baggage. And took time to give us recommendations of good places to eat as well. The homely little extras, especially the toiletries, meant for our 3 night stay we only took hand luggage. All in all, the perfect place to have as our base whilst exploring Nice. Thank you for having us!

While I truly loved everything about the apartment, there wasn't anything specific that I didn't like. The experience was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

I absolutely love the big space of this apartment! It's so close to the beach, and the AC is super nice, providing clean and refreshing air. Everything is conveniently located near the apartment – restaurants, supermarkets, and anything you could possibly want, making it a perfect location. If you enjoy cooking, you'll be delighted to find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen. The owners are open-minded and lovely people who even surprised us with wine and snacks. Moreover, they provided us with everything we needed for the beach! Considering all these amazing features, this apartment is now one of my favorites among the ones I've tried in Nice!

Excellent location for the beach. Hosts put some essentials in the fridge for our arrival and met us to explain all the facilities. Thankfully lovely and cool with a/c in the living room and bedroom. Necessary in the temperatures this week! Perfectly appointed and more than you will ever need for a great stay.

It was absolutely perfect. The owners were super friendly and gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment was comfortable with great air con and had everything we needed, including some surprise goodies such as wine in the fridge. There is a lovely balcony which is perfect for a romantic dinner! The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and not far from a tram stop. Lots of information was provided regarding attractions and transport in the surrounding areas. The owners are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything, including beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow if you wish. We would love to stay again if we are in the area!

not long enough stay

We liked everything. This is an amazing apartment with all mod cons. Everything for sun loungers you can take to the beach to a well stocked kitchen cupboards full of products. Air con a bonus in the summer and a bath an extra bonus for me. Lovely open airy lounge dining area. Two minutes walk from the beech and still very quiet at night. Wonderful. Would highly recommend. Oh and wine and water in the fridge on arrival
