We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Perfect location in the heart of the village It's tiny but perfectly formed Has everything you need for a short stay, comfortable bed, good wifi, and freezer section in the fridge. Everything was good 😊 Shower door was off it's fitting but they responded quickly to offer repair

AustraliaThe mezzanine/bedroom in the attic is a bit impractical since the ceiling height is so low, especially where the single bed is (you practically need to crawl into this space as an adult). There are 2 sets of stairs and the car park is about 150 to 200 metres away (depending which route you take) so you have a little way to bring your luggage (no problem if you're travelling light). Therefore this property is not recommended for people with mobility issues.
Safe and secure. Quite comfortable in the living area of the apartment. Excellent location. Parking available nearby at additional cost €12 per day). Has a washing machine but the clothes horse is tempremental and likes to collapse! Host was helpful.

Cosy little apartment with all the amenities and in an excellent spot in St Emilion - plus parking next door! Breakfast was provided too plus a platter of cheese which I sadly didn't have time to enjoy!

If you're looking for a feeling of living in a French village, shuttered windows that open onto sunbleached stone walls with little cobbled alley below, this is it. Location was great. Staff super friendly. Apartment well equipped. The hotel that oversees the rental offered us a free wine tasting. The tasting was excellent, with a friendly and knowledgeable host who offered us wines designed to appeal to our individual preferences.
