We had a room on the top floor of the house. Everything looked perfect, the bathroom very modern. Everything is spotless clean and very well looked after: e.g., the sliding curtains on the windows between the glass and the blinds. Excellent continental breakfast. Convenient the car parking inside a fenced area. Wifi OK. Very quiet place in the middle of the greenery, at 10 minutes from the N19 motorway. Belfort is not far away and the owner had addressed us to a free car park when going to the restaurant (right under the Lion of Belfort!).

Beautiful property with huge, shaded garden and lovely outdoor swimming pool. Clean, comfortable bedroom and delicious breakfast. Owner was very helpful and friendly. We could not have asked for more!

The stairs up to the room are narrow in width, steep, and one has to be really careful going up them. There are bannisters on both sides to hold on to. The mattress cover and protector were not so comfortable. Check in is not earlier than 5:30 PM and, that for us, seemed a bit late, but we had not noticed that when booking. That is our issue. It made swimming a bit later than we would have liked. There were provisions for your own food items requiring refrigeration, microwave; there were plates and glasses and that was nice.

Breakfast was fine and more than adequate. The hit, and what makes this space very special, is a good size swimming pool. It was clean and neat and water, although cool, was nice. The backyard garden where the pool is located was lovely. Walk in shower was nice. Room was clean and neat.

No complaints or suggestions. The place is already perfect! I guess I could complain that he does not sell his wife's excellent peach jam!

Everything. The host is friendly and helpful. He designed the accomodations with a wonderful eye for detail and he anticipated needs of visitors. Excellent lighting, wonderful bathroom/shower, understated, elegant decor, great breakfast. Common area has frig, microwave and kettle, dishes, etc. The grounds are lovely. We don't use pools, but there is a nice one. We enjoyed a picnic dinner under the trees in total privacy.

The true is , like was mentioned in the other opinion, that for olderly people or for small children the staires could be a problem. It was also very hot (37C) when we arrived and because the hause has no airconditon also was hot in the rooms but (I can not imagine how it worked...) in the evening the temperature inside was nice, so generally we slept very comfortable even without aircondition. So do not warry about aircondition.

Everything was excellent. Simple, but very nice breakfast- homemade marmalade and bread. Wonderful pool. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
