You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Charming host who spoke English but was happy to allow us to muddle through in French. Excellent breakfast with a superb pain au chocolat, bread and home made jams. Lovely room with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Convenient location for a stopover en route from the Loire to the Rocoff ferry. Secure parking behind electric gates. Electric vehicle charging available in the town centre.

United KingdomArrived at location during school leaving time and very busy with buses and local traffic. Difficulty parking with trailer prior to entering the parking area within the hotel grounds. On arrival the security gates were closed.
Very friendly and welcoming host, excellent sense of humour. Secure off-road parking. Superb recommendation for evening meal at restaurant within easy walking distance. A very good breakfast included in overnight stay. Wonderful peaceful gardens.

United KingdomCommunication was a bit difficult as we were told check-in was at 6pm. In the event we phoned up and were welcomed earlier as the host was already at home.
The house is very special and beautifully renovated. There were no restaurants open in the town on the day of our visit so the host had arranged for a restaurant to deliver us an excellent meal. The host and his family were very friendly.

Beautiful house, tucked away and very private in lovely grounds. Rooms were so comfortable and large. Just loved the be it was so comfortable. Hosts were wonderful, very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone.
