I have stayed here several times. José is a lovely person and always helpful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the pool was warm, breakfast is delivered to your door at whatever time you ask and is plentiful. The house is very close to the town centre, buses trains, restaurants etc. and there is private parking.

Jose is everything you could ever want from a host, and more. He's welcoming, thoughtful and provides excellent information. My room was spacious, quiet and with lots of character and nice lighting. Every detail has been thought of - tea, coffee, a small fridge and helpful local information. There is a lovely balcony and siting area by the pool though I barely left my room and it was a delightful place to relax. The bars and shops are only moments away. I walked from the train station (10-15 mins) for my arrival, and took Jose's service for my airport transfer in the early morning. Its only 20 minutes to Lourdes/Tarbes airport which is small and easy to navigate.

A beautiful historic building and a fabulous spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean room. José, the owner, is an incredible host. He is kind, thoughtful and caring. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him and a privilege to be able to stay in this perfect accommodation, conveniently situated in the centre of Tarbes. Highly recommended for a stay in Tarbes.

Absolutely everything. Beautiful, stylish taste in decor. It felt very luxe, beautiful old yet modern. Large rooms and high ceilings. José was incredibly accommodating offering great hospitality. The stylish stay has been 100% a highlight of our holiday in the Pyrenees. We mean it when we say, this is great value for money. If you’re staying in Tarbes book today!

José is really helpful and friendly - I have stayed here before. This was a different room - more like a suite - an entrance area, big bedroom with TV, table and chairs, and a large bathroom with bath & shower. There is private outdoor parking and also space for one car in the garage. The location is fabulous - just a few steps from centre ville. Breakfast was plentiful and delivered to the room. And it has its own large, private balcony.

Communication before arriving was very accurate. When I eventually arrived, José, the owner of the property, opened the door and I was let into the entrance hall. The house reflects very much the atmosphere of long gone times, where style and taste were q rather timeless matter, including old wooden floors, a delicate staircase and high-reaching windows. José most kindly introduced me to the house and to my room. What a room! The walls were painted in pleasant colours, the floor consisted of solid old oak’s floorboards, and there was a neatly prepared bed which later was proved as most comfortable. Accompanied by the noble lights, this room looked like a nobleman’s refuge! The bathroom attached reflected the same exquisite taste. José was most eager to explain everything to me and help me getting around in Tarbes. It was an extraordinary stay at José‘s place!

Unfortunately there we no extra sheets or blankets to use for the small couch which we used.

Jose our host was very prompt and accommodating with communication. The home is beautiful and he described its history for us.

It was very busy when we arrived because it is opposite a school. Made for a little chaos. But Jose made it run smoothly.

Parking on site, position to city centre, gardens. Loved our apartment. It had was beautiful to look at and had all we needed.

Josh was so very welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, so good with my dietary requirements. A lovely comfortable, central hotel within walking distance of many restaurants and lovely gardens. Would definitely revisit. The pool was a lovely extra.

One of the best hotels I stayed in my whole trips. This house is old but I love it's style. It's perfectly clean, it has nice interior and the owner is so welcome and nice. The place gives Ritz Paris vibes✨ Will definitely come again. If you come from Tarbes you MUST stay here.

That I was only staying for one night.

We loved the mixture of staying in an ancient building that had the comforts of modern day. Jose has gone to enormous trouble to ensure that guests have everything they need to ensure their comfort during their stay. The bedroom has a French window through which one can step onto a large terrace with comfortable chairs to lounge and somewhere to eat a lunch or breakfast. There was a lock up garage. Jose, himself was the most helpful host that I have ever encountered.
