The staff was very friendly. Especially an older gentleman, who didn't speak English, but was super friendly and paid special attention to our 7-year-old. The dinner at the restaurant was worth the money. Nice scenery.

the main bed slats kept falling out and the room would have been extremely cramped wit 4 adults. fortunately there was only 2 of us. the bathroom was functional but in need of some TLC. the stairs up to to mezz (with 3 singles) was a little dicey.

My Bed was comfy and the restaurant and bar were great, the view from the breakfast area was first class. the separate WC was a a good thing especially if there was 4 in the room.

The host was great, very enthusiastic and made sure we were aware of all the facilities. The room was good but could do with a bit of an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. We had an excellent evening meal and there is a well stocked bar. Breakfast was also good with a good choice buffet. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer a question or help with an issue. The room was not very big, and there was a weird echo in the bathroom,. Otherwise the beds are comfortable, the room is clean and warm, some selections of extra blankets are provided in case you'd like them. Bathroom was very big with a selection of basic toiletries provided. Breakfast was a very nice buffet with typical French selections (croissants, pain au chocolat, pancakes, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, freshly cut fruit ...), all together great.

Nothing much to say, only the wifi could improve a bit.

First of all, it is a wonderfull location, a lot off known and wonderfull "cols" in the neighbourhood to see. The staff is an enthusiastic group and is always there for you. With the occasional quip which just makes it more fun. If you do not know what done, then the chalet offers enough facilities to keep you busy. A cozy terrace and good food, what more could you want. And you can always try to challenge them to a game of petanque. Should you lose, stick it on the grounds ;-)

The room itself is very small and very basic. It clearly has been a long time since it was last renovated. The bathroom however was very modern. However, something clearly was wrong with the faucet, it only sprayed a very thin mist of water, splashing everywhere without any water volume /throughput Overall, I think it's a bit overpriced for the standard/level of the rooms. Also, there was a considerable amount of flies everywhere, from the room even to the breakfast (indoor breakfast room with closed windows).

The hotel is in a beautiful spot with great views and walking path behind it. The room was perfectly decorated and the bathroom was clean and up-to-date. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was good for a quick swim. Motorbike spaces provided. We enjoyed the restaurant which had a good selection of vegetarian food and cost reasonable.

Beautiful chalet located in a quiet location. The Chalet Hotel is very clean, has perfect motorbike parking area and the restaurant is very good as well. Breakfast is adequate and you will certainly find something for everyone. Highly recommend this stay!
