Room was good , with a veryyyy good view of the whole city AND the mountains. Breakfast was superb , staff was very friendly and ready to accomodate whatever problems/requests we had and even offered an extended parking after our check out which I found very good. Spa was also good , we couldn't enter the jacuzzi unfortunately.

A bit pricey. Only 2 electric sockets per room: one on one side of the bed and one next to the radiator. It wasn't enough to charge the phones and boil a kettle. Limited dinner options (1 meal of choice a day)

I couldn’t find any drinking water available in the reception area or comunal areas. Given the saunas, I think it would be a good idea to give guests access to free water if they need it, rather than pay for large glass bottles of Evian every time.

Everything. Everything seemed to have a real personal touch. It was all decorated so beautifully, the rooms were spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Staff were superb.

In addition to be very well located, the site is marvelous and the service top! An absolute must stay there if you’re passing by Chamonix. Family owned, the Paccard family is doing a very good job in preserving the notion of service and they have a very dedicated and nice crew to work with … thank you so much for our 5d spent with you … 🙏🏻

Just that we found it a little far to walk from the actual city center, but there is a free bus that stop just a couple of blocks away from the hotel, and that helped.

The welcome to the hotel was very nice, the young lady was very caring and some how she upgraded our room and it was spectacular. The breakfast was not included, but we paid for one day and it was delicious.

I thought I was getting the nicer room with the tub. So initially was disappointed, but the room I got was beautiful, but dark. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the toilet room light in the night so I went in the dark. Other than that, it was perfect! I regret not buying the lovely breakfast buffet .

The grounds are beautiful with nice touches, very unique. The staff is welcoming, and the beds are nice! The furnishings are perfect! I love the decor. The cold pool , the flowers gardens were nice and the cabins are charming!

- I had a stunning view from my balcony. However, it was not really usable with just two uncomfortable metal chairs and a table with an ashtray. Also missing some privacy protection to the neighbors. I think, it’s a shame that this is not equipped better. I’m sure I would have spent quite some time there. - I had a privilege room and the layout is somewhat odd with a bath tub placed directly at the entrance (no shower!). Also, this first part of the room was a bit dark. Wasn’t that big of an issue for me though.

- Very quiet, yet central spot in Chamonix (5 mins walk into the city centre) - Beautiful Spa garden with three saunas and a cooling pool. It‘s all not too big but never got crowded during my stay. - Delicious breakfast with outstanding service - Amazing mountain views
