The owner was too much insisiting on the time of check out. We were cleaning all and we took 15 min more because we wanted to make sure to leave all correctly and I had messages 5 minutes after 10am that I should leave.

It’s basically paradise but minor imperfections might be: - bathroom sink had low water pressure - slow WiFi (but good phone signal fortunately) - only found 1 clothes peg (luckily I’d brought a few) - washing machine would be useful)but probably no space for one)

A beautiful tranquil oasis with fabulous views to Mont Blanc and a pleasant riverside walk into Chamonix. Gorgeous well equipped chalet with amazing terrace and excellent host. Good guide provided for local attractions and restaurants etc.

In the appartment, the bathroom, was too small. No dishwasher.

Very comfortable and neat chalet that exceeded my expectations. We all enjoyed it very much. The landlord is hospitable. She helped us out when we had a problem in entering the house, also prepared us with a very nice bottle of red wine. Both rooms were cozy, heated and the temperature was perfect. ps It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center, but the views along the way are great.

Quiet location with great outside patio for reading, dining out, and enjoying greenery. Comfortable bed and sofa. We didn’t have a car but the walk from town was an easy 10 mins walk and the hiking trails were nearby.

Amazing position a short walk from the town centre. A beautiful chalet, clean and very comfy beds. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine, but as we were on a bike trip with an early start the next day up into the mountains, we had to leave this... The owner was very friendly and helpful so we could even leave the bikes just outside the front door... Very quite (till we started our engines in the morning that is. But I don't think we disturbed anyone, as we were quickly on our way) and relaxing. I really do recommend here, with just a short 10min walk into town, you really cannot go wrong!!!

When we opened the front door my friend asked: " is this really for us ?" Great place, its big, clean, quiet, comfy big beds and it even has curtains that block the sun (If you want them so) nice 😎👍

Lovely chalet on the outskirts of Chamonix about 20 minutes walk. Had everything you would expect and very clean and tidy We used it as a base for part of the TMB and a free travel card was included. Great communication with Joanna, would stop again.

I don’t think that the listing’s headline photo of a snowy scene with a rustic cabin shows the actual accommodation. What you actually rent is a self-contained apartment in part of the ground floor of the owners relatively modern house. We found the beds too hard with odd square pillows, and the sofa uncomfortable. The bathroom is really very tiny as is the shower cubicle in it. The owner proved to be totally inflexible regarding their earliest check in time which we felt was very late at 4.30pm, unless an extra fee was paid. We were required to take away all rubbish at the end of our stay, which we felt wasn’t really reasonable considering we had paid a lot of money to stay there.

There is a good view from the lounge over the garden and towards Mont Blanc. A few minutes drive from Chamonix town centre in a quiet residential area.
