We arrived early and reception was closed meaning we had to take our bags to the local restaurant / bar to wait 3 hours. Ideally an out of hours option to leave luggage somewhere would be great.

Breakfast and evening meals were great - lots of choice and tasty food! The bar in the evening was cosy with pool table and darts. Location to slopes and bars was ideal.

bedroom was very small. The heater was broken. They were not enough towels. The hallway was a bit grim and utilitarian.

Apartment was very basic and very little provided. A dishcloth, some washing up liquid would have been good and a bottle of water on arrival. No kettle, most would only use the room to make a tea or coffee, absolutely nothing provided.

Food was average but the service standard was poor. If you arrived later for breakfast most of the tables were still waiting to be cleared. We struggled on one morning to find a clear table and no one was around to help. The hotel clearly need more staff on duty.

Wasn’t ski in ski out as advertised

Great value. We were happily surprised when we arrived at room size and quality. Bed was super comfy which was a bonus. Staff were polite and helpful with catering for allergy. Food quality was also better than expected. Limited options but to be expected for size and not an issue.

It’s a bit dated, and the access is quite treacherous with thickly iced pavement.

Excellent location opposite the lift, comfortable and functional, quite small and relaxed altogether; the food was simple and good, and included a vegetarian dish.

Parking is not onsite but luckily found a public car park near (100 euro for the week) - I had tried to book in advance via the hotel but they never got back to me - it was a bit of a concern as just managed to get the last place - otherwise no idea what we would have done with the car

Food quality was not perfect, for example the bacon and sausages at breakfast were undercooked and frequently ran out of certain types of food. The facilities were fine but basic, the pool needs updating and was very cold.

Selection of food was good, and the location of the hotel was perfect. Having a kitchenette in each room was good as it enabled us to have a cup of tea and basic food each day.

Friendly staff Room was comfortable. There were places to hang up ski clothes on the back of the door and on a large radiator in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Room was on the smaller side but nice balcony and a kitchenette - which we weren't expecting! The food was better than expected. Breakfast was fruit / yogurt / eggs / cereal etc. For dinner there was a buffet for starters and for desserts. The mains you ordered - some were better than others but overall the food was good! Not far from the closest ski lifts - about a 5minute walk. We used the pool / sauna once. Pool was a little chilly but the sauna was a lovely added bonus!

- Rooms really small, no proper chairs to sit on - Shower head could not be attached correctly, so the water flowed towards the wall instead of on your body - Dinner was mostly served cold, even after notifying the employees a few times about it we got cold food again - The sauna and pool area looked like an old prison - Ski lockers are not heated so the snow was still frozen onto our skis and boots the next morning
