We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA lovely hotel well positioned just north of the river but well located for the old town a short walk across the bridge. The staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable with everything we needed. We only had one night as we were passing through Tours but will definitely aim to stay again on our next visit.

United KingdomEverything was fine - there are a few narrow streets to drive through (we have a large car) in the last couple of minutes to get there, but worth it for the good location.
Very nice staff / owners. Location great for access to the river, bridges, and historical town of Tours. Small car park on site. Room was cute, clean and basic (per expectations and price) and the breakfast room was very sweet, with a choice ranging from various types of toast and bread, yoghurt, fruit, jams, and come cheese / eggs. A few sweet cereals too.

FranceNot a problem for us but the hotel is north of the river near le pont wilson so its maybe 15 mins to the centre walking....good views of the city to be had though.

Fantastic location 10 mins easy walk across the river to town centre and beautiful old town with many restaurants , Pascal was so welcoming and funny a lovely host, breakfast was continental pay extra at property but very generous spread with tons of choices , family room was great with large bed single bed and sofa that turned into another single bed , also car park with space for 12 ish cars at the property

Our second stay en route through France with our cat in tow. As before the welcome and service are superb. The hosts are very friendly, and lots of useful information. Breakfast is great. Location is also great - quiet yet easy walking distance of the city and the river.

Good car park and friendly reception with lots of information offered, especially info on eating options.. Easy access on foot to the city. Breakfast at an extra charge was very good with very friendly and attentive service.
