We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomGrass on the park was a bit overgrown which made it look untidy and The waterfall head in the shower wasn't working.
Stayed here in a VIP Cabin with Hot tub to visit Disneyland. The Cabin was quite small but had everything needed and did the job perfectly. The Hot tub was nice although the controls were a bit confusing. Continental breakfast was delivered to the door every morning, consisting of delicious chosen pastries, Juice, coffee and breakfast bars. Food in the restaurant was very nice and staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with our minimal knowledge of the french language. The trip to Disneyland was an easy 20 minutes drive by car. Overall a very nice experience.

AustraliaThe bed broke, twice, on my mum who while is not thin is not overweight either. It was dealt with the first time, though not the second. I slept on the couch because I did not trust the beds. One of the power sockets were loose as well, and there were thin walls to the neighbours though this isn't an issue when you're out 99 percent of the time
It seemed to be the closest place to disneyland outside of the disney resorts we'd get, and it was a really nice location with the greenery, pool, and parks. Would be great for kids. It also had an amazing restaurant

Pool and play areas were great. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Modern accommodation. Location,close to Disney and Charles de Gaulle airport. New restaurant-food was nice but descriptions on menu needed more info.

United KingdomThere is alot of work going on at the moment which spoilt the look of the site. Also the grass could have done with being cut. No oven in a self catering chalet was a challenge. A hob and a microwave done the job but very limited on what you can cook.
Loved the pool water heated to 27° in the rain was fantastic. The accommodation we stayed in was well equipped. An oven would have been useful though in a self catering chalet. Kids loved the play area. Never got to play crazy golf as it was raining but we would have if it wasn't as it looked great. Drove to Disney 2 days out of the 6 we stayed. Easy 30 mins drive. Val d'europe shopping mall a 20 mins drive away. Plenty of supermarkets a close drive from site.
