We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe walls are paper thin, and we were kept awake most of the first night by a guest playing gangster rap music at 2am. I went to complain myself, as did the night staff twice but to little avail. Also, beyond the surface clean the rooms need a deep clean. Lots of dirt in the corners of the room if you look closely enough Lastly, the property advertises itself as in Saint-Germain, but it is actually in Chambourcy The price charged for the standard of accommodation- even if it was during the Olympics - was ridiculously high, bordering on exploitation
The staff were very helpful - the two ladies at reception/ breakfast, the night staff (unfortunately I needed their assistance) and the cleaning staff

FranceThose responsible for maintaining the normal technical condition in this hotel cannot or do not want to do their job. The bathroom is in critical condition. Only one of the two lights worked. The toilet and faucets in the shower are loose and wobble. The parking lot is littered with broken metal structures. There is no way to call the front desk because the phone does not work.

SpainRooms are greatly in need of refurbishment - or a rebuild. Room maintenance is poor & rooms are tired looking, especially the bathroom. The shower was a real puzzle as the overhead shower head was not connected & the wall mounted one sent the water in the wrong direction, wetting the floor! The wash basin was almost completely blocked. Toilet did not flush well. One side of mirror light did not work. Wi-Fi was very weak, & guests in other neighbouring rooms could be heard talking due to thin walls. In all, a basic motel. Not good value for money.
Good location for where I needed to be for work reasons. Easy, free parking. Staff were helpful & friendly. Restaurant is limited but ok for dinner.
