Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Very nice new, spacious and clean room. We also liked the fact that they had a kettle with coffee and tea, and that we could refill our water bottles with filtered cold water every day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and quiet area with a lot of free parking. Very near a tram station also. Another thing that we liked was the policy that if you skipped the cleaning of your room for a day, they treated you with a free drink (wine, beer, soft drink etc!) each day.

BelgiumThe restaurant is closed for dinner and lunch from Friday till Sunday( weekends). The back door leading to the garage/carpark is not secure. Anyone can come in and go out without a badge and there is no one to monitor.
Very close to the city centre, the staff are very friendly and caring. Breakfast was amazing, multiple choices. It has secure garage, therefore safety of your vehicle is guaranteed.

- 15min walk from the city center - quiet - nice drink selection at the reception (we didn't try the breakfast)

United KingdomSingle pillows were too thin so unfortunately wasn't the comfiest and the shower not having a door did mean the floor got slightly wet. There was a slight smell and parking charges were very high but I can't criticize anything else, it was a great stay.
I enjoyed my stay in Campanile, I speak a little French and they were incredibly patient with the language barrier and spoke good English themselves. Checking in was a smooth process and the room was clean, modern, and just what we needed. It was well-kept and dinner was easy also (and the best cocktails I've had in France).

The breakfast was excellent, although not cheap. Location is close to the center. Some 10-15 minutes walking to Eurolille train station and 20-25 to the main square. The room very clean, airconditioned. Bathroom very good.
