The window in my room was open. Through this window came small insects, unfortunately, the hotel was full, and changing the room was impossible. I had with me anti-insect spray and fumigator and problems were solved, but still...

A very good place if you need a night stay before the tunnel, as was in my case. "Ok level" of breakfast, very nice people working there. Free car parking, which fewer and fewer hotels are offering these days. Good price.

There were no veggies for breakfast - but that's not a problem :)

Very responsive staff. We were warmly welcomed on arrival at night. During breakfast, the hotel staff member cooked scrambled eggs(as we like) especially for us and also provided vegan milk. Gated parking lot.

Can be subjective, but a couple of small details were missing for me to rate it a 10: - could provide a complimentary water bottle (as they provide the boiler and coffee/tea) - could provide a small fridge in the room

I have to say it was everything exactly as I expected and so I am extremely satisfied. Really high value for the price paid.

The Campanile Findrol was a great over night stop for us. Everything you needed in the clean rooms. TV screen in the reception bar showing the Olympics and a great breakfast.

Very nice and clean rooms. It is a great hotel for someone using car to explore Geneve and the other cities near the lake of Geneve since it value for money. It has a great breakfat (hint : in case you have reserved without breakfast, there is bakery near the hotel with delicious foods in great price)

A nice hotel to sleep over when on a long car trip. Basic but clean room and bathroom, very friendly staff and a good breakfast. Secured parking on the site.

Staff a bit rough, smile to the customers not there all the time, otherwise explanations good and useful, check in very quick. Recommendation: a bit more flexibility to the staff, a bit more kindes and understanding to the customers human side. I know everyone has problems home, but these problems need to remain home in this industry.

Location amazing, very clean, all new, high-quality finish highly recommended.

We had a triple room with a double bed and a recling sofa. The sofa proved to be impossible to sleep on becouse of terribly squeeky springs. So my sun eded up taking a matress and sleeping on the floor. Also, the quiality of breakfast was not the highest. Finally, the first thing I did was to clean the window in our room to be able to admire the view. It was absolutely filthy.

Absolutely fantastic staff at the reception. They are super-friendly and helpful. Nice view from the room, great, spacious car park, good drinks. WIFI was good.

There isn’t a lot going on in the direct vicinity but the hotel is in a great location from which to visit other places

The location is near Annecy/Geneva and for outdoor walking pursuits. The hotel is clean and was a very handy location for us visiting friends. Excellent boulangerie a few minutes walk away which was great for breakfast. The staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms were a good size and the price was fair. Very clean.

Our room needed a deep clean

There was nowhere to go in the evening for a stroll and therefore we had to eat in the restaurant attached to the hotel. I don't eat meat and accept this is a problem in France. I asked if I could swop salmon for noodles in the one dish I could eat and was told a flat no. I had explained in my best French that I was intolerant to gluten but no help or advice was given and I was brought the meal anyway to pick out the soggy vegetables from the noodle dish (these had been described as "croquant" but were very far from crunchy. In the hotel all was fine except the bed which was very hard indeed.

The hotel was well situated just off the motorway. The room was large and clean. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Receptionist was friendly when we arrived. We ate in the nearby bistro which we believe was affiliated to the hotel. This was handy as there didn't appear to be anywhere in the vicinity to eat.
