Restaurant not open at weekends and no bar facilities if you just want a drink. Also can’t take food from restaurant into room and as a solo traveller I do not like sitting in the restaurant by myself.

Room reeked of cigarette smoke. One pillow had a bloodstain. The whole place isn't like a hotel but a run down estate. Actually have shutters on the windows and area felt a bit dodgy.

The room was quite small and our daughter’s bed was positioned halfway underneath a counter top so she could have easily bumped her head / fallen out of bed in the night. The restaurant was a welcome sight but the kid’s menu was grim.

Easy to find off the back of a long drive. Perfect location for picking up the journey the following day.

Location! Hotel is situated just next to another hotel/hostel that looked like it was work accommodation for time being. There were many migrants in small groups around the other hotel and on the balconies when we arrived. Parking didn’t look very secure. First impression was poor in general.

Used to house migrants. The night we were there 100 Bulgarian grape pickers arrived, so the restaurant was closed except for them. On the chair in the desk part of the room were a pair of black knickers! But everywhere else was clean.

Clean room with reasonable space, wide and comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. The restaurant served us a nice dinner and plentiful breakfast for a reasonable price. Personnel were handsome too, location is right at the exit of the motorway,making it an excellent place to rest by on your way through France.

The bed mattress was uncomfortable and to firm. We stayed at a Best Western & Kyriad this same trip and they appear to be using more comfortable mattresses or mattress toppers that make the sleeping/comfort experience much better. The single most important factor when you stay in a travel based hotel/motel is a comfortable bed so you get a good nights rest. The other hotel factors can improve the overall experience, but the bed is crucial to us when your travelling

Room size was good and the bathroom facilities were clean and functional. The breakfast was also good with plenty of variety and the location just a 7 minute drive from the center of Auxerre and 1 minute form the A6 motorway peage station

The rooms were a little stale smelling and could have done with an airing.

We checked in late at night but the process was quick and efficient. Both rooms were basic but all we needed for a quick stop on the motorway. Breakfast next-door was good. Good location next to the motorway and plenty of parking.

no complaints for a stopover

fantastic value for money, the room was super clean, the bed very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was nice. big shout out to the staff and especially the manager who was very friendly and helpful. We were travelling dogs so the garden around the building was a big plus. Also there is a Lidl opposite so handy if you need supplies.

Location to the motorway and breakfast.

Restaurant was closed although advertised as open. I had emailed pre trip via booking.com to reserve a table but the hotel didn't reply. Fortunately there are a couple of buffet style restaurants within a few mins wall. However we selected this hotel as it said it had a restaurant. If you decide to stay here, don't expect any pre arriva communication from the hotel.
