The room is too small, as well as the toilet. There is no air-conditioning. There is no tissue in the room, and when I asked for it, they told me they would not provide any for me. The do not change the sheets whenever they clean the room.

It was a little noisy at night, but the price you pay for a central location. Towels were a bit thin and small.

Great location on the edge of the old town area, 2 minute walk to the canals, bars and restaurants. Our initial room was small and smelt of cigarettes, but a quick visit back to reception and we were moved to a large (sweet smelling!) room with a balcony on a corner.

We found there was noticeable street noise from time to time. We stayed two nights and the breakfast room on the first morning ( at 7.30am ) was very crowded and some items were not available. On the second morning we were later ( at 8.45am ) and it was much quieter and all items were available.

Well and cleanly presented room. Central location, easily accessed from rail and bus stations. We arrived at 10pm from the railway station and easily found the hotel. Annecy Lake within easy walking distance. Good breakfast buffet.

Very clean, super well located (less than 5 min walk to main part of town), helpful staff, great and varied breakfast. Nice little hotel. I would definitely return.

The room is very small, not a lot of floor space. It was a bit warm when I stayed there, no AC (early August). The elevator is tiny!

The location was ideal. Next to the Gare station,where trains and buses arrive/depart, and also 5 min by foot from the old town. The room was nice, the bathroom was extra comfortable. The staff was friendly and willing to assist us when was needed. I recommend it.

Well situated, close to a public underground parking lot, friendly staff. Everything to visit is close by foot, meaning once you leave the car in the parking lot, you don't need to take it till departure. The room was really nice and clean. Nice breakfast.

The cover we had was a bit dirty. We found a small spot of dirt and that wasn’t good to see.

The place was very well located. Nearby restaurants, lake and the train station. Staff was excellent.

Our room located on top floor 4th. Lift(3 person) only went as high as 3rd. Need to carry luggage up 21 steps to the 4th floor. We managed but FYI. Bathroom door a bit niggly to close, but really stretching to find what we didn’t like.

Booked a twin room with one bed for one person. I personally didn’t mind that the room was teeny tiny, but if I’d had a full size suitcase and not a carryon I don’t know if it could have been opened anywhere but on the twin sized bed.

The shower door only covers half the tub, so water gets on the bathroom floor. Also, you have to hold the shower head. It's not mounted above.

Pillows and the cleaning can be improved, especially in the bathroom.

The location is perfect, the room was small but very cozy, exactly what we needed for 2 nights stay. The only downside is the pillows , they were very flat and not nice to sleep on, but on the other hand the bed was sooo comfy and big. I was so surprised by the hairdryer as well, usually hotels don't have good hairdryers, but this one was amazing! Amazing breakfast with many choices!

Our room had a wall-mounted hair dryer in the bathroom that was constantly making a loud electric hissing sound. It wasn't pleasant to stay in the bathroom for more than a few minutes. It would've been nice to unplug it, but that wasn't possible. The dryer itself also didn't work.

We stayed for one night on our way from southern France to Chamonix and enjoyed it a lot! We arrived early so we were very happy to hear that our left luggage would be moved into our room while we explored the town before check-in (very good service). The location was amazing for us, which is right next to the train station and just a few blocks away from the main areas of Annecy. On arrival we returned our car to the train station, and we left on a bus from the very same spot the day after, so it was just super convenient. Right next to the hotel there were interesting design shops and explorable pathways, so it was nice to walk around. The room was clean and large enough for our group.
