We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomInstructions re car park late at night would have been useful. The gate was down and it wasn't clear how to get in at 3am after our flight had been delayed. No plugs next to the full length mirror, so my friend couldn't plug in her hair straighteners (hence the extension cable).
The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even went and found an extension cable for us when we asked for one! The location was great too as it was just a coulple of minutes walk into the main bit of the town.

GermanyIf you’re vegan, the breakfast has not much to offer. only baguette and jam. I bought some almond milk and the staff put it in the fridge for me so I could at least have some muesli for breakfast. However, I don’t think it’s normal in France to have vegan options for breakfast so this is not a big deal for me. Some more fruit and veggies would have been nice too.
Very nice and courteous staff. I was allowed to take my road bike to my room with me which is something I really appreciate! ☺️ you have, however, also the option to store it in the basement. The area is amazing for a road bike holiday as the Cevennes mountains are absolutely beautiful!

United KingdomWe had an issue whereby we found a used tissue in the bed on our first night. The staff were not very helpful and left me to find sheets and change all the bedding myself. Shower head was also broken so sprayed most of the water out the door but the hotel was full so they told us but we didn't see very many people so I'm not sure he was being honest.

The hotel was centrally located on a large plaza with restaurants and shops nearby. The train and bus station were within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage and also to check-in somewhat early. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was bountiful. This hotel far exceeded my expectations and was well worth the cost.

United KingdomNo hot water in shower. Iron is shared and is terrible and almost broken. They asked if I wanted the room cleaned every night which was just not really something I'd even expect to be asked about. Breakfast was okay, no butter though.
