You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The restaurant is excellent, with a gorgeous daily menu and the location near the river and under dig trees is terrific!

Everything - from the unexpected Motorcycle Parking Garage on the back of Hotel to the Room and it's comfyness, nice bathroom and separate Toilet. I welcoming breakfast with all you wish for to start a wonderful Bikerday - and last but not least the Owner of the Hotel! The Lady is of such welcoming nature and attitude, you have to like her and wishing all the best. 47 years doing it, wish her many more to come.

CanadaThe owner did not tell us anything about breakfast the next morning. She speaks no English. She was no where to be found when we tried to find an Iron and ironing board. Beyond check in, the hotel feels like there is no one there, likely because there isn't - only one woman works it and she was never at the front desk.
Clean and had choice of air conditioning or opening a screened window. Room was clean. Bath tub large. Check in was easy.
