Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaThe sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable for sleeping and very noisy. We stayed for two nights and arrived late on the first evening. We inquired about extending our parking on the day of departure, but unfortunately, this wasn't possible. As a result, we had to drive to Disneyland and pay for expensive parking there. Although the host offered us an additional 2 hours in the apartment that day, it wasn't particularly helpful since we had already planned to head to Disneyland in the morning.
The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. The hosts were nice, and communication was done through messages. Having parking available was convenient, and the location was ideal for visiting Disneyland.

BulgariaThe apartment is cozy and clean plus the location is just amazing. To sum up: - Super location, easy access. If you come by RER from Paris - take the first carriage, left, left, and it's just a 3-minute walk. Couple of restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. To Disneyland - a 3-minute walk and 1 train stop. - Fully packed kitchen. (Huge grocery store is nearby). You can cook whatever you like. Everything works, all functional. Coffee, tea, Nesquick - are on the shelf. - The beds were good, everything was super clean, bed sheets were good. We slept very well. - Host - incredibly hospitable and helpful. We easily found a way to communicate.

IrelandThe location is perfect! Only one stop away from Disneyland. We walked back once and it only took 25 minutes. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the train and there’s lots of restaurants and shops to choose from.

I can only echo what everybody else has said about this apartment. It’s in a fantastic location, 5 mins walk to the train station which is one stop to Disney which cost around 5 euros for 2 adults and 1 child and there is a huge shopping centre just a bit further along. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Disneyland.

I communicated with the manager/owner about our train arrival and when we walked up Pierre was waiting for us. He showed us into the building and around the space. The train station was super close to the apartment. Getting to Disney was a breeze. We went to the big shopping mall to buy groceries for our stay. We enjoyed our time.

United KingdomOUR 2 KIDS WERE ON THE SOFA BED IN THE LIVING AREA, IF YOU WANTED A SOFT SEAT IN THE EVENING THE SOFA BED HAD TO BE PUT AWAY. IT DONE US GRAND BECAUSE WE WERENT IN THE APARTMENT MUCH. THE ONLY THING I COULD COMPLAIN ABOUT WAS THE LIGHTING IN THE APARTMENT WAS POOR AS EACH ROOM HAD ONLY A COUPLE OF LAMPS.
THE APARTMENT WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION, BESIDE SHOP, TRAIN STATION ,BAKERY AND SHOPPING CENTRE.

Just great. Communication with host, handover, location... it was all perfect. Little cosy flat with just enough space for us 4, 3 walking minutes to the RER A train station and 4 minutes from a large shopping mall. 5 Euro parking per night was also a hit. Also, very fast answers to any questions, very caring host. Thanks, Brigitte, we would come back next time in the region!

The apartment was really nice, clean and well set, great for family, building and area were quite, and Briget was nice and friendly, it was great for those who plan to visit Disneyland as it is just one stop away from station Marne la Valee Disneyland by RER, station was 2 minutes walking distance Val d'europ, surrounded by many stores, shops, restaurants and a near by huge mall Val d'europ Mall.
