We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe stayed in quadruple room 11. The ceiling was low so we couldn't stand up. Room was really stuffy so difficult to sleep. The bathroom was down some loft stairs so was tricky to navigate at night. None of this was clear in the Booking.com write-up.
Chalet was really sociable and the staff help make that. Hot tub and sauna were great and not too busy. Chalet was really organised and dealt well with people arriving a different times on first night. Food was great too.

The staff were amazing, they really made the trip even more enjoyable. We arrived late, there was great communication, and helped getting us there. The level stayed like that all the way. The service was amazing and the staff got everyone together. The food was amazing breakfast and dinner was top notch and the packed lunch was too. Loved it will definitely book this place again. Thank you.

United KingdomWe loved it. It was a bit of a trek to the bus up to Le Lac with a toddler - but on the flip side Les Brévières has a great vibe. Nice bars, not too busy. Chalet next door to a supermarket- so no complaints
The chalet is lovely - really cosy, great facilities, brilliant staff. It’s always clean, the food is great - all home cooked, minimal processed. Wine was free flowing in the evening. Games and snug for the kids. Sledge to borrow for the little one. Really comfy beds. Heaters to dry things. Hot tub with a great Mountain View. Everything we were looking for

The chalet was great - al the staff were super welcoming and friendly. There are a mix of guests from some families with both old and young children, a few people travelling solo and the odd couple etc. There were always lots of people to chat to and everyone was very friendly. It was the perfect mix of sociable if you wanted and also having your own space. Sauna and Hot tub were lovely and really top quality. The bed was super comfy and I loved the style of the room. Dinners were delicious - big thanks to Eli who is an amazing cook and host!

Very good atmosphere due to very friendly and service minded staff. We really felt like home. Nice setup with breakfast and dinner served at long tables, where You could speak with other guests if You felt like it. Everyday they served cake, tea and coffee, which was nice after a long day at ski.

FranceGround floor room next 2 kitchens so can be noisy when the staff works. Large tables that need to ne shared with other guests, in COVID times not always great to sit next to people you don't know.
Located in a lovely village, really close to ski lifts, free parking, super friendly and professional staff. Easier if you speak English as all staff seems English native. Great attention to details, home baked cakes served every day at 16h00. Lots of food at every breakfast and diner. Great atmosphere. Large living room and dining room space. Large tables you share with other guests so you can meet people easily.

Our room was absolutely awful. We had extremely steep step ladder to access our bedroom , that was very dangerous . The room was not high enough to stand up in and we had to bend over, and I now have a sore back. The room was nothing like it was advertised on booking.com

I was given a room not suitable for a bedroom - between lounge used for parties and kitchen - they then moved me three times in two weeks, expected me to wait without a room for a day in two occasions, were incredibly rude about the disruption to my trip and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend, it’s overpriced even if acceptable. My experience was very poor, they ruined my trip and I was pleased to leave. Also good quality is poor, the ingredients used are cheapest available. Property needs renovation, bathroom especially. Far from slopes, three lifts and a red run or a lift, hike and bus, it’s uncomfortable and not easy to get to slopes to ski.
