We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceWe did not dislike anything. It’s a great overnight stay hotel but not a holiday destination type of hotel.
Lovely small hotel on the edge of town in a residential area but only 10 minutes from Chateau Chambord, the reason for our stay. Staff very helpful. Breakfast on the terrace and a big choice of good quality. Room on the smaller size but good bathroom with large walk-in shower. Would recommend.

BelgiumThere are a few restaurants in the area so they are quickly full. But the hotel staff warned us about it so it was fine. Just don't expect to walk in a restaurant without a reservation during the summer season.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The pool was very pleasant and the hotel itself is located close to Chambord. The room was very clean and equipped with airco and there was a very convenient for the bikes. Also the breakfast was very good, with a bit of everything and local products.

Clean and comfortable room with a basic kitchen which is much needed by us after eating at restaurants for a month long holiday, quiet location and close to Chambord Castle, the another highlight is that guests can fill up their water bottles with filtered water provided.

SwitzerlandThis gem of a place is clean, comfortable, modern, and really well taken care of by its owners. The team are welcoming and helpful, helping us find a restaurant as we were late to book anything. It’s close to Chambord if you want to visit the castle, as well as other activities in the area. It’s bike friendly and offers chilled, filtered water for free to all guests (bring your own bottle, they try to avoid single use plastic). Breakfast set us up we’ll for the day.

I liked the room a lot, bed was super comfortable, room was clean and air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was super nice, good shower and products with nice smell of orange. Breakfast was superb with local french products and fresh baguettes! 10/10!
