The most amazing hotel/apartment stay we have ever had!! Location was unbelievable. Rooms were roomy, comfortable and amazingly well appointed. We travelled as a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children. Will never stay anywhere else if we come back to Paris again.

Our room had some issues in the 1st 2 days, with respect to air conditioning and water pressure. The team shifted us to an alternate room and everything was great after that. Cost for the room i think was bit on higher side.

Staff and team was very helpful and cheerful. Location was great. Rooms were spacious and had good natural light. The team also helped in arranging a bouquet and a bottle of champaign for my wife's birthday. the spa area was very well done and soothing after a long day of walks in the city.

The proximity to Metro and Champs de Elysees, convenient distance from restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the Eifel Tower. Very beautifully decorated space, home away from home feel. Serviced and daily cleaned. Private with excellent utilities. The staff was fantastic and helpful. We couldn’t find booking to the Opera tour but the manager (Marissa) went out of her way to find us the bookings and have our tickets ready. She really welcomed us and made us feel at home. There was no rush to check out either. We’ll definitely be booking this place again!

The staff are so helpful and super friendly. It's near to Champs-Élysées 5 min walking distance. And 20min walking to eiffel tower. The rooms are super clean, and all amenities are available. Kitchenette also. I will definitely recommend it for solo or family travellers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Black Door in the beautiful 8th Arrondissement, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the black door, I was greeted with warmth, impeccable service, and a delightful ambiance. The location of the hotel is truly ideal, situated in the heart of the 8th Arrondissement. This central position allowed me to easily explore the vibrant streets of Paris, while also being within walking distance of several iconic landmarks such as the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near several metro stations, making it effortless to navigate around the city. The front reception was always available to help with Taxis. Our room was a one-bedroom suite with an elegant and modern design. The attention to detail was evident, with tastefully chosen furnishings and a soothing color palette that created a relaxing atmosphere. The room was not spacious in that it was separate from the living and kitchenette. It was also impeccably clean. After traveling for a month, I took great advantage of the washer/ dryer. It was also lovely to take a break from hotel living and cook a couple of evenings. One of the standout features of the Black Door Hotel and Apartments is the exceptional level of customer service provided by the staff. Every interaction felt personalized and genuine as if I was staying with friends rather than at a hotel. From the knowledgeable concierge who provided excellent recommendations, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. The amenities offered at the hotel were equally impressive. The hotel's pool, sauna, and hammam provided a wonderful respite. Whether you are visiting Paris for business or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend the Black Door Hotel and Apartments. The apartment itself was fantastic. Spacious, lots of light, and plenty of space for the family. It actually felt quite luxurious. The staff were great and super friendly and helpful. The best part was probably the location though, with amazing restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk, and views of the Eiffel Tower almost immediately as you stepped out onto the street! The Champs-Elysees' is at the end of the street, and you're there within a 5 minute walk. All the shopping is there, and of course the Arc De Triumph looming magnificently in the distance as you cross the street. Great apartment, in a great location!
