The lift in the hotel was rather small and took a long time to get to the upper floors.

The staff at Best Western Lakmi Hotel were exceptional. They attended to our every need. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Fatima, Amira and Farah made us feel so welcome. This welcoming reception was extended throughout our stay also by Ana and her colleague at the reception desk. I requested a room with a balcony and this was arranged for me by the Fatima, Amira and Farah. Thank you so much. Breakfast was outstanding. There was so much of variety, both sweet and savoury and the freshly squeezed orange juice was an added bonus. I am a vegetarian and the staff especially Yusoka went beyond her call of duty to ensure that I was provided with a hot breakfast option everyday. This was outside of the set menu for breakfast. Thank you so much to your wonderful staff for all the care and concern. The room was exceptionally clean. The location was fabulous, within close distance to everything. Most of all it was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable. Some visitors might not like the sound of the trams but I did not find it intrusive, living in a city myself.

Location is excellent, just far enough away from Promenade to be peaceful but near enough to walk - 5 minutes?

The hotel definitely feels like a boutique hotel. Our room was very very small . Decent size for one person. If traveling with friends, it is worth booking two rooms if possible .

The staff is amazing and when above and beyond when we had a little situation come up. They helped us solve the problem and they were absolutely amazing!! Truly some of the best staff at a hotel I have had the luxury of encountering. The breakfast was wonderful and absolutely delicious!

Fantastic hotel and conveniently located. Loved that they were able to cater to my gluten-free diet at breakfast. We were very warmly welcomed by Leone. The hotel always had free coffee and hot chocolate available at the lounge. The rooms were nice and very clean too.

Such a lovely hotel in a great location. The reception staff were really attentive and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and had the best blackout blinds. Highly recommend staying here.

There's nothing to not like, just be aware that the car park is for 5 or 6 cars only.

The hotel is very well located in the city centre, 10min walk to the beach, 7min to the train station, 5min walk to the metro station connected to the airport which take 25min to get to the airport(very convenient).Lovely staff, very good breakfast , rooms are nice and clean.

The room was smaller than expected, we stayed in a Queen room with balcony and only had enough room to walk around the bed.
